The restaurant was quite busy that day because of the football game on TV and people celebrating International Women's Day. We were directed to a table and were left there for at least half an hour, no one took our order and no starters came to the table during that period. At this time the kids were already complaining they were hungry. Once we got the starters we were handed the menus and had to wait for an additional ten minutes for the waiter to take our orders. We chose to have Iberian pork skewers. By then there was only one portion available of Iberian pork and had to choose the other portion with regular pork.Once the food came, only the main dish was delivered and we had again to wait for the side dishes. Clearly the customers requests exceeded the restaurant service capacity. There were only two waiters serving the main room which was almost complete. There were communication problems between the waiters and the kitchen. That may have been a bad day in "O Velho Farelo's" life, but personally I'll hesitate if I'll go back.

For â¬34, we got alot of food that we had to take home. If you are going there with an appetite, skip the apps and go straight for the St Louis Ribs & Baby Back Ribs combo (comes with two sides). They were good! Plus the jalapeno poppers werent the typical deep fried ones youd get in North Anerica. The jalapenos were wrapped in bacon and was stuff with cream cheese. The bar vibes were cool with the tunes and friendly waiters.
