I usually go to this restaurant in special occasions due to the quality of the place. Food is very good, prices are really affordable, staff is friendly. But the best thing about this place is the wonderful view you get of the city. I totally recommend this place for those who look for meal in a glamorous restaurant.

Okay, we were in a hurry and we love soup! Our new twin passions: Portuguese pureed soups and pasteis de Nata.(Those yummy egg custard tartes, also known as pasteis de Belem).Yes, Gordos had both - and they had nice little fried cod cakes. A quick easy lunch with friendly staff for a day on the go. No worries that we were in a hurry. Gracious and accomodating. Thank you, Gordos!

We have been here with our Portuguese friends already a few times. The service is great, as is the food. They serve very tasty food, and they always have a very nice daily special.Although they donât have an English menu (yet), the waiters do speak English and are more than willing to help you out.It is a very popular restaurant, every time it was totally booked, so you need to make a reservation if you want to eat here.We will continue to go back there.

We had lunch at Casinha Velha and we found the food very, very, very special. The cod fish and the lamb dishes were perfectly cooked and the estrela valley cheese pastry we order for starters was put of this planet! Marlon was very friendly and gave us an incredible attention.

Haven't been there in quite a while, but seems to have changed a lot.It has a great atmosphere with a great selection of Portuguese food.It looks a bit more expensive than the average, but the food is worth it.This time I only had the Salmon, but it's actually a well known restaurant for suckling pig.
