Our first dinner in Budapest and I saw this restaurant. The decor was interesting and the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The menu is small but very exciting. They gave us an amuse bouche to start - very nice.I started with the beef tartare. WOW, is one word to describe it! The flavour was excellent, the condiments that accompanied it were excellent. We both had the duck breast after we discovered it was prepared sous vide. It came out medium rare, tender and full of flavour. The fresh plum slices and aus jus complimented it perfectly. We paired it withHungarian Pinot Noir which was light and perfect. For desert (yes you have room) I had a carrot cake, cream cheese and lemon grass cream which was so good! My wife had the nut, apricot, cacao and lemon grass dish that was to die for (her exact words). Overall a very enjoyable first dining experience in Budapest.

This is the place to be! The food and wines are very tasty ! We were staying at the hotel across the road and thought we would try this restaurant. It has a very cool vibe interior, modern decor. The food is mainly Hungarian and they have a good menu. We tried one of the tasting menus (4 courses) and the quality was very good. Prices were reasonable. Service was also excellent. Highly recommend you try this restaurant if youâre in the area.

I visited for the first time the Poirot Belgian Restaurant in our village. The place is in a hidden street, but worth to visit. Real Belgian pub atmosphere and feeling. The meals look like very attractive, not only fine taste.

I followed the reviews of Trip Advisor and selected this place. It was way off the tourist path, but I found it. To say it is small is an understatement. You must understand there is NO PLACE TO SIT. There are two shelves along the walls that serve as places to eat. There is also no place to sit outside. Highly recommend you do not bring a family or group here.The service was friendly. The guy asked if I was hungry so he recommended the double meat burger. It was one of the biggest burgers I've ever seen. But it did NOT FIT in the bun, so you could not eat it by hand. And since there are no tables to sit, and hence no tableware to eat with.... The burger was indeed amazing; however, everything else about this place is just too uninviting. My recommendation is buyer beware.

I ran across Burger Shop when I went to pick up my CrockPit slow cooker at Mall.hu depot, so I decided I would give them a try later that day. The whole joint looks good, decor is okay with american themed posters and metal tin adverts etc. We found out they do burgers with chicken, beef and pork meat. We both went for the "retro" (vintage) burger which featured a 150gr. beef patty, cheddar and the usual suspects. (onion, lettuce, cucumber) Fries are extra. (McCain 350 HUF) The burger was quite ok but I missed that the bun was not put on the grill for a little. All in all I think it is a good burger but a bit overpriced for the quality. (1090 HUF for beef version)

It was the second time we went to this small restaurant with my wife for a dinner as a sudden idea. Their beef consommé with lots of vegetables, noodles and with toast horseradish sauce is great. Nothing more to wish for a cold winter evening. The place was full, but they managed to serve all guests quickly and professionally.

We always liked this place. After a slight decrease in quality, they are back at the top again. Creative, seasonal menu, friendly service. A hely kÃvülrôl nem tûnik burgerezônek és a kutyakozmetika tábla is félrevezetÅ lehet, de érdemes megállni és bemenni. A hely belülrôl már sokkal jobban néz ki. A barbecue burgert próbáltam ki. A barbecue szószon kÃvül mindent helyben készÃtenek benne. Még a buci is saját recept alapján készül. Nagyon finom volt. Biztosan jövök még és végig kóstolom az étlapot!
