very nice tavern by the sea. we had fresh fish and we enjoyed it. prices are also reasonable. the only thing I would recommend is for the tavern to put an air conditioning system as it gets a bit hot if your visit the tavern during the day

This was our best restaurant experience on our stay at Evia. We had Greek salad, beef spaghetti and swordfish. Beef was really tasty and tender. This was the only place we could find during our whole trip that had swordfish, and it was perfect- fresh and tasty!

Seaside table - our meal was around 5pm-ish. We eat an early dinner and skip lunch. A good combination for us was sardine fillets, char grilled Kalamari with horiatiki salad with feta. On-the-house sweet was ice cream accompanied by mastique liqueur. Beautiful meal!

Everything we ordered was frozen and tasteless, I don't know why this place is so busy. The mussels with rice was awful, the shrimp saganaki tasteless, as well as the "fisherman's spaghetti" and the fried squid. The only good dishes were the fresh fries, the Greek salad and the fried cheese pie. This seafood doesn't worth it, I don't know about the fish.

We had our dinner there whilst waiting the boat.I ordered chicken with chips. It came with too much sauce so the chips were "swimming" in there. The chips therefore were very soggy. Chicken was covered with sauce all over.My father in law had mousaka. You could easily understand that it was at least 2 days old cooked and that they had microwaved it in order to warm it up.We had 2 portions of pasta with mince which were average. The service was absolutely terrible. The waitor was very rude,very ironical, very impersonal and he was behaving like he was forced to work.I wouldnt recommend this place to eat at all. I would rather wait 3 hours to eat at Skyros or have a bag of crisps instead of eating there again.
