Reviews on Spanish food in Aregua, Central Department, Paraguay including La Palmera, Casa Manolo, Fanny Ferreira Catering & Eventos
Things to do in Aregua
Searching for a comfortable tasty meal after spending the morning buying pottery at Aregua we came across this busy outdoor restaurant. Off street parking on an adjacent lot made it easy to drop in. This was our first restaurant experience in Paraguay away from a hotel and it was very good.Don't be in a hurry though. You need to take the time to relax and enjoy the wait.
Aregua Food Guide: 10 Must-Eat Restaurants & Street Food Stalls in Aregua
You must eat here. Wow. We stumbled upon this place as we didnât like the look of any of the other TripAdvisor listings for the town. We were not disappointed and will be back. The atmosphere of this place is great and the waiting staff and chef are fantastic. We did our usual over ordering, trying to eat a range of the menu and I even left my order open for the chef to just do what he wanted. I was not disappointed. Wow. The spanish torta is fresh, fluffy and a great potato flavour. The bred is home made and nice and warm.We got a lasagna for the little bubba and she loved it. Nice fresh sauce and quaintly presented. The chef made me a steak in Roquefort sauce and spaghetti. It was out of this world. Creamy and well balanced, nice Roquefort flavour but not too strong that it overpowered the taste of the beef. I will be having this again next time. (Well it will be at least one of the dishes I order)The homemade garlic mayo had a great flavour to it, and went really well with the fresh bread. The desserts are good. The Spanish Cream was to die for. This place should be No.1 in Aregua. Thank you. We will be back.
What to do and see in Aregua, Paraguay: The Best Places and Tips
Bar restaurant in the center of Luque (Paraguay) and catering for events. HOMEMADE CAKES AND SWEETS, salads, paella, empanadas, snacks and TAPAS TO ACCOMPANY, omelette, GIFTS. We serve ASUNCIÃN, FERNANDO DE LA MORA, LUQUE, ROQUE ALONSO, LIMPIO, AREGUÃ, CA
