Welcome to the tripadvisor page taverns Didov san ( grandfather's dream ) Meet part of our gastronomy and the specifics of the restaurant
We enjoyed our meal in this traditional restaurant. Service was efficient, friendly and we actually had some advice which is always nice. We shared a generous starter made of fried cheese, with more cheese on the side. Then we both a main course: stuffed peppers and another one made of pork stuff with bacon and cheese, all very nice. We had wine too and paid 27⬠for everything. Best to book before, even during the week. Go for it!

My wife and I went here initially because of the reviews and their focus on traditional dishes. We then went back due to heavy rain and it being close to our apartment for another dinner later in our stay. And then, to our surprise, we took a food tour which ended up here for a traditional lunch. I suggest you try dishes from their page of specialties of the restaurant. We had many of them, and in all cases they did a good job of serving a perfect rendition of what was expected. We especially liked the roasted turkey with dumplings and the stuffed peppers.

Never coming back again. Sat there for almost 20 minutes without being asked for order. Even though some people that came after us, were already served with drinks
Agram, a little take-a-way on the outskirts of Zagreb, serving a hot and mean Kebab! I have had kebabs all over the place, but the sauce in this establishment really sets you on fire and really hits the spot. There are also sandwiches and cakes to choose from, but the Kebab will stay on my taste buds memory for ever.

The spirit of the past is revived through this age old original restored mill, a cultural monument at the preserved farm of Croatian feudal lords on the edge of the Medvednica Nature Park. Now, visitors can eat scrumptious homemade bread baked from milled
The restaurant is located in the suburb of Zagreb, not very hard to find, in the old, restored mill from the 17th century. One can only admire all the effort and money invested in the restauration of this old building, while maintaining the spirit of the old times. The interior is atmospheric, and the beautiful back terrace is in deep shade by the water. Unfortunately, the food is not as good as the ambient. Donât get me wrong, we enjoyed the lamb, the duck and the veal we ordered, but we had much better lunch in other similar restaurants in the city. The service was efficient and surprisingly fast, despite the overcrowded Sunday lunch, and the prices are fair and reasonable.

The huge restaurant, located at the outskirts of the city, is a well-known address for decades. The equally large parking is located opposite the main building, which is very convenient. The popular restaurant is the perfect place for all kinds of business and family gathering, so the advance booking is an imperative if you want to eat here. The food is based on the grilled meat or fish, traditionally prepared, fresh and very tasteful. The service is amazingly efficient, considering the number of guests, friendly and professional. We had a family gathering for Sunday lunch, a party of ten people, and everything was excellent (as always) for a reasonable price. This is the safe bet for any occasion, just be sure to book early!

Batak is a franchise of nice restaurants that started appearing in the last few years all around Zagreb. Most of them have good food and quality staff. They also offer to organise meals for groups and wedding parties. But if you consider prices in other similar establishments, they are way too costly for my taste.
