Independent family-run hotel in beaufiful countryside setting, close to Zamek Loucen, one of major tourist attractions in Central Bohemia. Close to Prague /45 minutes drive/ and well connected to major higways. Ideal location for independent travellers as well as families. Various room types, restaurant serving traditional czech dishes. Heated swimming pool and spa treatments.
Hotel is situated next to Castle Loučeň. In the castle area you can find the park with many labyrinths and mazes, so it is great place for children. Our stay was marvellous, we liked the hotel building with lovely interiors, wellness with the swimming pool and very good restaurant, We had great local food "Čápy s mákem" in the restaurant and it was so tasty that we came back to restaurant once more in the same day :)

The Bellevue hotel Karlov is located in the historical part of Benesov, in close neighbourhood of the town centre. The hotel offers luxury accomodation in twenty-seven double-bedded rooms. Two lounges including technical equipment are available for company events and seminars. The pleasant environment of the hotel restaurant and wineroom is suitable for arranging private events, weddings, and family reunions. Thanks to a unique reconstruction the hotel has been awarded with a prize in ,,The Best Realty" competition. Come and reveal an unrepeatable atmosphere of modern architecture supplemented by high-class services that meet even the needs of the most demanding clients.
Started off our honeymoon here, we checked into a room with two single beds, not what we requested. The receptionist said they could push the beds together. This wasn’t a good first impression. Breakfast was delicious and rooms were very clean. The hotel was in a good central location, but the attention to detail was lacking. There were no mirrors in the room (a full length mirror would be nice or even just something small in the main room for doing hair etc...), the shower head reaches my neck, and I’m quite short, making it awkward to have a decent shower and the room was very hot at night. We were also charged for parking when it said it was complimentary in the card in the room. I think if we’re in Benesov again we would try a different hotel. The staff should really work at making it a special stay for their guests.

Krásné pokoje, vlídná recepční a především skvělá lokalita! Jednoznačně doporučuji! Všude se dá dojít pěšky a kam ne, tam jede autobus, nebo vlak.. Beautiful rooms, nice receptionist and wonderful location! Absolutely recommend! You can walk everywhere and whe you can not, there’s a bus or a train going there..

Hotel Grand Litava is located in the historic town centre and offers an a la carte restaurant and a fitness centre; free Wi-Fi access is provided. The rooms feature a seating area with a satellite TV, a safe deposit box, a minibar and a private bathroom fitted with a hairdryer. Guests can start their day with a breakfast served in the hotel and enjoy a drink in an on-site bar. Within 50 metres, a minimarket can be reached to buy food supplies as well as a cafe. Best Western Hotel Grand offers luggage storage. The Vaclav Havel Airport Prague is located 21 km away and the centre of Prague can be reached in 15 minutes by car by the D5 expressway. Free parking is possible on site and underground parking is available on request at a surcharge. On request, guests can rent bicycles on site.
We stayed a full week in the hotel. It had quite big rooms but was not kept top notch. The value of the stay was very good. For me personally as I am not a breakfast person it was fine breakfast but my family members were complaining that it was bland. The cleaning lady did not clean the room every day. They were nice in the reception and accomodating and offered parking for free. They have some strange thing that I think workers sits at the entrance and smoke - I would recommend the hotel staff to get rid of this as it drags down the impression quite drastically.

Cafe Havlicek Pension is a family-styled cafe and a boarding house located right in the heart of the historical town of Kutna Hora. We offer accommodation in newly equipped rooms situated in a listed building with a view of the Havlickovo Square, Italian Court and St. James’Church.
Coffee and cake was great yet I take two points down for the impolite and kind of rude service of the cafe. For this I will not come back unfortunatelly. Maybe it was just a bad day but I also worked with people on the same position and service is always the main and most important factor.

The best view of Kutna Hora! Baroque villa situated right in the historical centre next to the Jesuite College and Hradek museum with the best view of Kutná Hora to the valley of Vrchlice river with St.Barbara Cathedral and Italian Court. Summer terrace under baroque statues of the kings walk with 60 seats, restaurant and cafe bar with 45 seats and lounge for 25 people. 10 hotel*** rooms with 25 beds, each room has bathroom with shower, satellite TV, refrigerator, free wifi connection. Nonstop hotel reception in Opat hotel (3 minutes walk).
It is gem of a place, Service and view is excellent and restaurant serves authentic Czech food. Location is great, i.e., right outside St Barbara Church. Food and drinks are delicious, it is worth trying local wines.

The hotel is located in a rural setting, so the on site dining is really the only option for food unless one has a car available (or is able to hire a taxi) to explore other surrounding towns that are a bit too far to access easily on foot. Fortunately, the food is excellent in the hotel restaurant. The rooms in the main building are comfortable and very nicely decorated with period furniture. The grounds are very nice and peaceful for strolling, and there is a tree swing and a trampoline for children and adults who are young at heart. There is a spa area which I didn’t use but it seems very nice for those needing some pampering. Ideal for a quiet getaway, but very little excitement available.

Escape from the city rush to the picturesque central Bohemian village of Mcely. Eco-chic hotel is situated under an hour’s drive from Prague. It’s an ideal location for romantic getaways, spa breaks, families and weddings. The hotel’s interior and each of 24 rooms is furnished with care in “modern chateau” style. The restaurant, Piano Nobile, recognised several awards. The natural herbal MCELY BOUQUET SPA featuring a sauna with outdoor Jacuzzi, a biotopical swimming lake. Unique is an organic skincare, MCELY BOUQUET, which is hand blended at the chateau laboratory. The English park covers an area of five hectares, offering space for croquet, pétanque, and badminton tournaments, or tennis matches. The nearby St. George Forest is the perfect place for walks, jogging, bike rides, or mushroom picking. You can also explore some of the UNESCO Herritage nearby. Limousine and concierge service is available.
Chateau Mcely was our first choice for our destination wedding back in 2020. Due to the pandemic it was hard to plan our dream day according to our vision and we had to postpone it. The day before our wedding there were new restrictions announced and we ended up with half of the guests on the day. The whole team at Chateau Mcely went above and beyond to accommodate our last minute changes and came up with solutions that made our day unforgettable! The food was incredibly tasty, staff attentive, and the whole service just impeccable. The attention to detail and professional attitude makes you feel very special. We spend a long weekend there so we could enjoy the beautiful facilities including spa and restaurant. We come back regularly as this place is just magic!
