A quite nice restaurant tucked away from the main plaza. We ate in the terazza which was partially sheltered from the fresh wind coming off the mountain. There was a good choice of food including venison and wild boar. The service was of a good standard and the price a good value for money. I had some pasta with seafood for a change which was very tasty, but and this is a suggestion to the chef, there was a bit too much tomato sauce, about 60% too much. This is a case where less is more, as one would prefer to taste the seafood and not the tomatoes.

If you want there's no need to go elsewhere, this small restaurant has probably the best tapas in town, but thats not all, you get a free tapa with every beer or drink. Breakfast is great too if you fancy some Serrano Ham with fresh bread and olive oil...

Wonderful game. Seasonal game dishes, such as wild boar in red wine and grilled venison fillets, are on the Parador menu to savour whilst admiring the beauty spots in the Nature Reserve.
We stayed at the hotel two nights and ate here both times. The waitress spoke no English so we didn't know what to expect but a waiter who spoke English helped with the wine selection. We received appetizers, aperitifs and a choice of bread rolls. We tried a variety of dishes -- pasta, venison, beef, salmon and an excellent platter of grilled vegetables. Everyone had ample portions and enjoyed their meal. The ambiance is elegant and the room has large windows facing the Mountains. Some tables had brighter lighting than others.
My husband went to the bar before dinner and the bartender poured him a variety of wines to try. The service was exceptional.
We also had the breakfast buffet two mornings. They had a wide selection of items so there were plenty of choices.

We have purchased a property in Spain on the coast and thought it would be good to have a night in the Mountains. Having studied the recommendations we chose Corozola. The trip and scenery on the way was fantastic. As we were staying just the one night the receptionist recommended this restaurant which most represented the nature Park and hunting scene. The restaurant is found down a small alley. Once inside it is quite large and every wall is covered floor to ceiling with hunting paraphernalia, stag & deer heads, buffalo, grouse etc etc. Staff were very welcoming and quickly took our drinks order. We had some help with the menu, our Spanish isn't great, which included grouse, venison, trout and mixed croquettes. Whilst waiting there were a few other courses that we didn't order including mixed tapas and pate. We had a bottle of house rioja, beer and water. We had so much, each time the waitress explaining what it was, we were wondering how much all of this is going to cost. We had a very nice surprise when the bill came to 57 euros, for 7 courses and drink. Recommended if you are in the area. You are best booking.

This restaurant proved so good that we went back for dinner a second time during our three night stay in Cazorla. The food was original (how did they do the deconstructed olive amuse-bouche?) and delicious. Unlike many innovative modern restaurants, the food was not at all over-rich or over-complicated, but still remained flavoursome, witty and surprising. As well as a variety of complementary starters, the first night we ate the most amazing duck foie gras (one starter big enough to share), followed by really juicy charcoal-grilled pork secreto. On the second occasion we shared a salad of pickled (or strictly speaking, potted) partridge with walnut dressing and then each had beautifully cooked steak with parmentier potatoes. On neither night did we have enough room for dessert, sadly.

Muy buena comida, platos de la zona y platos nuevos originales, buenos vinos y variedad de postres todos caseros. Un buen menú del día con muy buenos platos como el tomate relleno de queso y frutos secos.

Bar Las Vegas is in a lively Plaza in the centre of Cazorla. There is plenty of pavement Seating to enjoy the atmosphere as you eat. The bar is frequented by locals, which is usually a good sign, and there's a wide-range of tapas which mostly cost 6 Euro. We chose 4 between the two of us, which was enough for our late evening meal. The bar also has a good range of local wines which made our Friday night in Cazorla quite memorable.

Agradable terraza al sol en diciembre con una plaza sin casi trafico en la que los niños pudieron correr y disfrutar mientras nos tomamos unas tapas. A mejorar la calidad del vino y la empatía del camarero que nos sirvió. Tapas buenas.
