Well, that's what I did, because it was a holiday week and as expected, hordes and hordes of people were vacationing in Tagaytay. We went to the new branch the one near Picnic Grove. The agenda was really more to try their bulalo ramen. Instead of it being the highlight of the day, it was actually the one that was the downer. Gone is the flavors of the bulalo, and it tasted like a typical beef flavored ramen instant noodle. Half the size of the typical bulalo order elsewhere, at almost the same price. The saving grace is that as Japanese restaurant goes, their sushi, sashimi, and their shrimp tempura was topnotch. Special mention with the shrimp tempura, big shrimps, not those that were stretched to make it look bigger than it really is.I would have given at least a 4, but the bulalo ramen really was not good, maybe I was expecting too much from it?

The food is amazing! I love katsudon and so far, theirs is the best! My husband loved his ramen as well. It a little expensive than most Japanese restaurants but it's totally worth it!

The ambiance of the restaurant is so cool. You will be directed to different kubos depending on how many persons. Their FAMOUS BULALO is sooooo great. The avocado shake A MUST TRY. They have variety of food to offer. The only negative is the staff who welcome us, we were actually 9 but she gave us a kubo which is actually good for 5 people until one staff said, that we there is a bigger kubo and he doesn’t even know why we were in a small table. “Incredible right”.
