Reviewed By Craignewbee2012I spent one night at Kindred Spirits for a conference. Hotel was super clean and very quiet located in a very serene location. Breakfast was included and one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. It was served complete with homemade blueberry jam on homemade bread.

Green Gables Bungalow Court is on National Park Land. Green Gables Bungalow Court is located next door to the world famous historic site Green Gables Heritage Place. It offers two bedroom, one bedroom and bachelor style cottages on 4 acres of treed grounds. We have 40 standalone bungalow cottages (NO Pets, NO Smoking, No Campfires). We are just next door to Green Gables Heritage Place, and Green Gables Golf Course. We are in the centre of Cavendish, have walking distance to most attraction places, restaurants, grocery stores, ammusement parks, and Cavendish beach. About 1.5KM distance to Cavendish beach. About 35KM to PEI Charlottetown airport. About 44KM to Borden-Carleton Confederation Bridge.
Over priced and NO wifi
Reviewed By N2562MApatcThere are holes in the screens. The wifi almost never works. Everything is very old. The coach smelled bad, The front desk was closed all week "due to covid". The workers are very nice, but overall this place is not worth the money.

Reviewed By jordansU3903RMWhile the place was clean and served it’s purpose, the pool was supposed to be open by the time we got here and jt wasn’t , and also the wifi either doesn’t work, or is too hard to get working to bother with. Called front desk for help 4 times myself and my gf said she did 2 times the night before to no avail. Would have been nice to know the wifi was out and the pool still wasn’t operational with bringing kids and their iPads here !

Worst Stay EVER!
Reviewed By jennmaccormackNew owners took over this motel. I know because I have stayed here at least 5 times now with my children. I just came back this time from the worst experience ever. HEED my warning! DO NOT STAY HERE. The new owners did not maintain this building. Our room 117 had NO HOT water the entire time. We were barely able to get showers. I mean it was FREEZING. The floors were so dirty our feet turned black - we had to get slippers so our feet wouldn't be turning black. NO wifi. No supplies. We had to buy our own dish soap so we could do our dishes! We had to buy pans so we could cook. We had NO dish towels, NO dish clothes, NO oven mitts. We had to ask for all these because I did not want to pay for more supplies. We finally got it but we had already taken the pans out with our towels. The oven is propane stove and it is unhealthy because you can smell propane all through the place whenever you are cooking. The BBQ outside is disgusting and barely works. The air conditioner is so dirty we all came home sick. The cleaners would barely give us clean towels - unless we asked, and even then wouldn't arrive until 7-8pm after my children were already settled for the night. My sister was in room 9 and found RAT POOP in her utensil drawer and blood on the bed sheets!! This was the WORST stay of my life and I will never stay here again - which is a shame because we stayed here every time mainly due to the location. The new owners also upped the prices as well. So for $800 - I could have stayed in a really nice cottage a little further away - which rest assured I WILL BE after this stay! Oh... and I should note. I complained every day about the things that were happening and nothing was being done. My children had to take ONE cold shower while we were away for 5 days. They went to bed dirty and sandy because we had no hot water or clean towels. We complained during check out and they gave us a pathetic 10% off - claiming they already gave me a 10% discount at the beginning. Big deal. Cottages 10 minutes away charged WAY less and were much cleaner and less problems. NEVER STAY HERE. You will regret it. The only thing good about this place is the location. But that's not enough to convince me to return. Too bad the owners are running this place to the ground!

Reviewed By doucettedarrellVacation is supposed to be relaxing. Not here! Their garbage trucks come at 3;00 in the morning. Not cool. Woke up the whole place. Lights, beepers, dogs barking and no sleep. To bad...should be able to do it during the day!

A very cute and lovely Inn
Reviewed By Emy1We had never visited PEI and decided to stay at this Inn. Doris was lovely and greeted us and made us feel at home. Along with our 2 friends were were the only ones at the Inn. I felt like I had stepped back in time. The parlour was adorable, the grounds were lovely and our room, (yes it was a little small compared to what we are used to) was comfortable and quaint. I wish we had more time there as everyone was so nice. In the morning just before breakfast the power went out but we were still able to have our fruit and muffins. Doris gave us some great information on where to see and what to visit, she was just so helpful. It is so close to everything and we really enjoyed the Shining Waters Inn.

Reviewed By U1948HGsdOur first time in the area and we found this gem. Beautiful grounds, friendly staff/owners. Quaint and comfortable. They gave us a great recommendation for a stop along our drive and it was beautiful. If we’re ever in the area again we will stay with them.

Good value for the money
Reviewed By L2687CNsheilahRoom was clean; they have good protocols for Covid precautions, and comes with full breakfast (baccon, sausage, potatoes, scrambled eggs, fruit, toast etc) Only complaint is they could upgrade the pillows. We went to Walmart on one of our day trips and purchased some pillows as the ones in the room were too flat.

Golfers Road Trip
Reviewed By browser20158 of us went on a golfers weekend and stayed at the Boardwalk Motel. It was very close to several golf courses. It was a perfect place to stay. Rooms were very clean. The balcony with BBQ's were appreciated. Cameron the owner was very friendly and helpful!!! Will definitely stay there again!!
