We popped in for a quick snack without having done our research - and it was as good as previous reviews. Excellent panini made to order, nice vernaccia and very friendly service - very good value near San Domenico.

Tough eating in chaotic Siena, this unusually cool placed cafe, is excellent, out of center craziness but 5minutes walk to the center, the lasagna isnât over the top tasty while the service is nothing I have seen in italy.i stopped for a drink but had to eat. We had lunch here - it was recommended by our B&B host and is just off the main street. Surprisingly good range of foods from panini, salads, pasta, bruschetta to various specials. Beautifully located on your way from Siena station to the downtown area, just stop by and enjoy this mix of a salumeria and a restaurant in which the decor is shared between the books and the cycling memorabilia.Dedicated to local products and with a very affordable menu everything there is meant to make you feel at your ease especially the very friendly staff. Clearly in the top 3 of our restaurants during our month in Italy!Feel free to start with a plate of local cheese and hams and continue with the chefâs recommendation or dish of the day, in any case, it seems you canât go wrong anyway!
