We visited the first time on Tuesday last, and were served the most wonderful meal. Antipasti of Mussels and Clams with a love garlic and white wine juice followed by a whole Sea bass to share, Beautifully filleted and presented at the table. We enjoyed this so much that we returned on Saturday and just changed the antipasti to dish new to us, fresh anchovies on a bed of lettuce bathed in lemon juice and oil. Just stupendous!! Each meal was complimented by a locally produced white wine.

Atmophear...is very coozy on the small outside portico facing the restaurant.The menu is small but very exciting.with local flavours combination.The antipasto had delicious ham and salami, as main course a very tasty tagliata ( a sliced biff ) with mashroomsBeing originally a wine cellar the choice of wine is great and very low priced.We followed Francesco suggestion for some local wines from Bolgheri area that are among the very best I have ever tasted. Really incredible price / quality at just under 20 ⬠a blottle!! I bought more to impress our friends at home.As policy Francesco is charging the same price for wines at table as if you were buying winesfor take away. This is really awesome!!Some of our kids wanted to have less advanced dishes then the ones on menu and asked for pasta with normal tomat sauce...no problem...with a smile smile everything was arrangedIt's great to see that some restaurants owner do care about clients satisfaction and are so concerned in making sure the customers leaves with a good memoryMy friends commented that for the first time they experienced special Italian dinners as only seen in moviesStarters 10â¬First dishes 10-12â¬Second dishes 10-14â¬Wines....mind blowing! At different prices, our was at 19⬠-and really superb.

Location isolata rispetto al centro immersa in una zona residenziale tranquilla anche troppo. Allestimento sala e esterni anonimi. Servizio di buona volontà ma con risultati un po' approssimativi. Cucina senza grande fantasia e risultati medi sia per presentazioni dei piatti che per il loro gusto. Prezzi comtenuti come i risultati.

When a restaurant receives an accolade from Michelin, it is for a reason. Such is the case with La Pineta. It's modest entrance betrays the opulent dining experience that awaits within. The bistro is right on the beach, where the five senses awaken: The sliding swoosh of the waves on the sand. The gleaming, carefully-chosen glassware, cutlery, linens, and dinnerware. The extensive wine list, brought to your table on it's own table. The ever-present aroma of the ocean mixing with the lavishly-prepared dishes. The texture and flavour of the fish and seafood. Fresh Fines de Claires are available, and highly recommended to start, followed by any of the three tasting menus. Donât let the wine list intimidate you, the sommelier is sure to please even the finest palate. Reservations absolutely necessary; this is a 1-Star Michelin restaurant, after all. Well worth a visit.
