Pleasant couple run this hotel to high standard. The frontage is in desperate need of fresh planting in neglected planting containers .No pressure to have breakfast that we did not want .Near decent Sandy beach ,and several decent restaurants and supermarkets in close proximity .Parking was easy .

Hotel staff very friendly, lovely room, clean, nicely decorated with air-con. Well needed in July here! Excellent location : just a walk to a few beaches and the port. Good breakfast. Lovely moment by the sea.

I’m sure it’s grey during the hot season. Unfortunately in November there’s nobody. Didn’t meet anyone in there. Not welcoming not even at breakfast. Speaking of which I would suggest to grab it at the local boulangerie rather than at e hotel. 10 euro add on for this breakfast seemed a bit overpriced but that’s just my opinion. Cheers.

I stayed here for one week with several colleagues while working in Southern France. The hotel owners were VERY helpful. From the start, the asked when we would like to eat breakfast to make sure they could accommodate us. We ran into issues where we could not get to work due to protests on the streets, and they helped us last minute to obtain a projector, a screen, and allowed us to meet in their lobby. The rooms are a bit small, but standard per European standards. The beds were very comfortable and honestly I had no complaints with the room. The breakfast spread was perfect- fresh baguettes, croissants, eggs, yogurt, cheese- perfect! The location was great with a short walk to the harbor and many nice restaurants and running/hiking paths along the ocean and in the nearby hills. I really enjoyed my stay and will look to stay here again in the future.

Between Marseille and the Camargue, Carry-le-Rouet, a small fishing village with postcard-like, discover a Mileade Club Village entirely renovated, located in the heart of an unspoilt cove with turquoise waters in a 3.5 hectare pine forest !
One of the worst hotel experiences I ever had. For a one hundred euro room you get absolutely nothing at all: no breakfast, no meals whatsoever, no cleaning service, no shower gel, no shampoo. The rooms have nothing either: no minifridge, no kettle, no proper table. In my reservation, I indicated a single bed and I got a double bed, plus an extra bed for the child I do not have. The hotel has a swimming pool… that closes at 7 p.m. Seven!!! Are you kidding me? Sometimes I wake up from my nap at seven! Wifi only works at the reception and not always. There is no network for your phone in most of the hotel. They offer some activities, that normally finish before 5p.m., so you can directly forget about them if you are planning on visiting the nice places around. You must sign up for the activities two days in advance or they get full. Finally, the hotel is on a small pine forest where, apparently, all the mosquitos of France decided to procreate. Really aggressive and numerous. After 9 p.m. you better cover up well. Summing up, an awful trap for tourists. Well, maybe French people can somehow enjoy it, but not any other nationality with slightly different schedule or taste for activities.

Darius was the perfect host for this great property and made us very welcome. The house was spacious, well equipped and had brilliantly flexible outdoor areas with the large pool being perfect in the hot weather. The local area is really convenient, with the ability to walk down into the town, to private beaches or even take the train to Marseille.

Gilles is a wonderful host - he met us from the airport and took us to the villa. The room was lovely and the garden and pool area were absolutely superb. He offered us a lift to the market as he was going anyway and we accepted. When we left to return to the villa we found that there were no buses or taxis and the walk took us 40 minutes. The walk was ok though. The following morning Gilles offered to take us to the railway station as we told him we were going into Marseille. He suggested an itinerary, gave us a timetable and off we went to Marseille for the day. When we came back, laden with shopping, again no taxis or buses so another long walk back to the villa. To our surprise our room had not been serviced. No beds made, no coffee or tea to replace what we had used that morning, the room had not been touched. I took our dirty coffee cups to the owners apartment and handed them to Cathy who seemed most surprised. I asked for some more coffee for the morning and was handed 3 little sachets; no sugar, no clean cups, no tea, etc. We ran out of toilet roll and had to ask for more. Whilst Gilles was very friendly and seemed to be doing all the work, he didn't really know what was needed to run a good B&B; on the other hand Cathy was very unwelcoming to the point of rudeness. We came back from the village to find the gate locked so pressed the buzzer to ask to be let in and she was not very happy at all, even though we had not been shown the hidden pad to press to get in. This morning, when we left she did not even say goodbye. The room was 100 euro per night, and breakfast was 7.50 euro per person per day. For 100 euro per night, I expect my room to be serviced. The location of the villa is too remote for a B&B that doesn't offer any refreshments other than breakfast. We were walking an 8k round trip to get to the village just for a drink. There was a closer beach bar but it was filthy and the beach next to it was too. All in all, it could have been so much better - very disappointed.
