Did I want to go her because their logo was a cow in a cowboy hat? Yes. Did I find it sort of creepy that the Cow looks like he is ready to eat a steak? Well now that I think about it.... Went here...MoreIowaTravellinGuy, Thank you for your kind review! We always enjoy hearing about our guests experiences! We hope you come back again soon! Read dozens of glowing reviews. I grabbed a couple coffees, and they were good, above average, but were kinda high priced.

We are a family owned and operated winery in western Iowa established in 2005. Located in the heart of Carroll, IA, we converted an old Model-T Ford dealership into a Tuscan winery. Come taste our wines, see the wine-making process, try some of our salads and light fare, or just relax outside in our courtyard. Our facilities include an events center for small or large gatherings, reunions, corporate events, weddings, etc. We are now accepting reservations. Please call for details!
Great variety on the menu, including steak, pork chops, chicken, salads and soups. I had the salmon salad that was delicious and filling. Other entrees at my table were also delicious and cooked perfectly. They have a beautiful outdoor seating area but it was too cold to be outside. Would love to come back when the weather is warmer so we could sit outside. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Napoli's serves a very good Italian meal at a great price. Bring your own wine and they will provide the glasses and you are set for a super dinner.

Rancho is a Carroll favorite. The food is good and the atmosphere is festive. The patio area is a fun area to enjoy a meal with family or friends.

The cashew chicken salad has been a favorite for YEARS...that never disappoints me. What does disappoint me is when you ask for extra salad dressing and you don't get it. If I had been dining inside, I would have gotten what I wanted, but unfortunately, I got it to go and did not check the bag until later. When you ask for extra, make sure you check before you leave. My bad.

We enjoy Pizza Ranch and have been to several in the midwest. They only had about 8 pizza's on the buffet and some were the same. I know you can always order your favorite. The dessert pizza's were constantly out as they were very busy.
My wife loves the chicken and said it was good and they were keeping up w/ the foods on that buffet line.

Jalisco's is a new entry in the restaurant community of Carroll and it is a welcome addition. My family and I enjoy the outstanding atmosphere and great food. Each of our entrees were great. The owner came and asked us about our meal, he is an excellent ambassador for Carroll and Jalisco's.

Stopped in on busy Friday afternoon. It was tough to get a table for 6, but that can be expected. The food was great bar food. Great burgers, great chicken, and I had a great breaded tenderloin. Overall, with limited options in a small town like Carroll, this is a very good choice.

This is a large, new-looking restaurant. Nice and clean, the decor isn't Chinese. That's fine because the food is what counts. There aren't many vegetarian options on the menu so I asked for a vegetable chow mein. I got a big serving and it was great. It took a while, but this is not Chinese fast food. If I lived in Carroll I would be in here twice a week.
