The Bigot Restaurant
Une pizza originale à une heure où les autres restaurants ont déjà fermé leurs cuisine. Glaces délicieuses et faites sur place.
Where to eat Italian food in Haiti: The Best Restaurants and Bars
I visited bistrot creole in mid-March as part of a large group for dinner (not sure they are open for dinner tho) and really liked the straightforward tasty food, the warmth of the owners (a lovely couple), and the quite good service. It is the case that you might have to wait for the food a while, and I think you have to bring your own wine. But Carl and Monique were absolutely lovely, the small place (seats maybe 20) welcoming, and the meal very nice. It confirms my sense that in PAP there are wonderful havens to be found, and when you find them you have an opportunity to see Haitian culture and hospitality at its best.Carl and Monique pictured. Lovely people.

I alays stop here for grab a dinner to go and enjoy it at the hotel... is a truly Haitian culinary experience, there is a larga variety of dishes as Grillot de porc (deep fried porc bites) , Beuf (beef), poluet (chicken) and cabrit (goat) you can enjoy this dishes as a plate or separate creole style rice, platains, and of course the best picklis (haitian hot salad from cabbage and peppers) If you do like spicy food do not hesitate on trying any of this along with the picklis (piklis in Créole language) they also serve Accra, fries, plantain fritters... orders to go goes really fast and food is really fresh beleive me, a must try on your Haiti visit.

Great ambiance. The food is very good and the price not too bad. It's more like a little shopping center, where you can find a pharmacy, a clothing and shoe store, Ice cream parlor to name a few. Very good music and videos.
I went there on a Saturday lunch. I ordered a great chicken satay. it was a very relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely come back.Thank you very much !

Traditional Haiti Creole home cooked meals. Locally sourced, Haitian "organic" prepared with love by Madame Ettiene and her team. Reservations necessary.
Maurice Etienne and his wife keep Haitian traditions alive at this humble cultural centre in the village of Milot. It's a quiet spot, perfect for tourists to unwind after a long climb at the Citadel monument. Maurice's wife cooks everything from scratch and it was all delicious and tourist-friendly. A great place for group lunches. You must call in advance so they can shop and cook in advance - not for drop in dining. Highly recommend.Thank you very much Gofifer for your kind review. Now that we are getting online, we are so happy to see such feedback from our guests. Please note that we are improving all the time while keeping up our traditions! Our team and Milot village await your return~

The new restaurant of Jean-Pierre in Haiti. Typical Belgium brasserie style where you can eat and drink every day in a fabulous ambiance. Parking is inside the property and is free. Grand opening in September 2016 and already one of the place that counts
Spain meets Morocco. Excellent bar tender and drinks menu. Good lounge and dining room- open air or air con. Varied and essential menu. They will gladly amend dishes to cater for allergies and special requests. Tuna steak was jyst right. Service is very attentive without being overbearing. Secure and ample parking.
