The mango mojito was out of this world. The food was amazing. We ordered the chicken paella which could feed 4 adults, shrimp cocktail and yucca sticks. This place was a great find. The view of the beach was great too.

Aromatic mix of herbs and spices, used as a base of flavoring and seasoning to the Puerto Rican cuisine.
My wife and I had dinner at A Fuego, one of the many restaurants in the Kioscos of Luquillo. The restaurant itself is setup with a fireman/firetruck theme, which is cool. Seating upstairs, which would have provided a great view of the water, was closed, but the open-air feeling of the place was still very nice. Our waiter was top-notch: funny and with candid remarks about the menu. We tried a Columbian platter with some corn empanadas filled with beef as a starter. The starter was really tasty, although the spicy dip that came with it was too aggressive for us and we can take a decent level of heat. The platter of food was generous, a mix of rice, egg, beans, a sausage called chorizo that was not like Mexican chorizo, a fried plantain, avocado, wonderfully spiced ground meat, and a 'pork chop' which was actually a slice from the belly of the pig and, unfortunately, was extremely chewy. There was more food than we could handle for the two of us, which was great. The pricing was comparable to other kiosk restaurants. The tamarindo drink we tried was much lighter in flavor than a Mexican or Indian version, but was still refreshing after a great day in Puerto Rico. Definitely consider A Fuego for a meal option in the Kiosks.
New restaurant opened 3 months ago in Kiosks in Luqillo Puerto Rico. Owners are Paul Cappelle and Yoly Marinez
We stopped at the Kioscos on a cool and rainy night. Not knowing what to expect we figured we'd unwrap something from a piece of tinfoil while hiding under a corner of an awning. This was a full restaurant. This experience was any thing but. The food was exceptional and quick. The server took time to explain each of the dishes, when we expressed we wanted to try a few different monfogo he suggested the seafood mix. We did this with a side of octopus stuffed coconut pockets. Although we went on to sample another kiosk there is no doubt we could have found everything we needed right here. Exceptional service and food.
