Have been here twice. Food is good, ambiance is relaxed. Now, the flan de cajeta is excellent. Highly recommend stopping for it.

Still on my quest to find good Mexican food in PR. The server was very friendly and the atmosphere was nice (AC, art, music by mexican artists).Ordered lunch specials: chicken flautas for me and chicken burrito for SO. Bland, but filling. Refried beans tasted as if they came straight from a can. Rice similar to Rice-o-Roni. Salsa not spicy at all, more like tomato paste. We ordered margaritas, even though the server said they were premixed. Also bland. Ordered dessert, cajeta, since it was their specialty. Not authentic, delicious. It was a fried tortillas topped with a mountain of vanilla ice cream, drizzled with cajeta (caramel) and dusted with shredded coconut. All that for a whopping $40.Bottom line: if you're used to eating real Mexican food, don't bother.Thank you for your comments. I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations, 95% of our customers are native Islanders and prefer our way of preparing Mexican food, we have tried spicy and other authentic Mexican plates and received negative customer response. The house margaritas are premixed but you can also order margaritas with a variety of tequilas. I don't know if you were offered the option.
