Boutiques, upscale chain stores and street vendors, as wells as casinos and a wide range of restaurants, dance clubs and bars, make Oranjestad a popular destination in Aruba. In addition to shopping, dining and entertainment, the island's capital city offers museums, a butterfly farm, art galleries, golf, historical sites and a marina. The island's colonization by the Netherlands shows in Oranjestad's Dutch colonial architecture, while the buildings' bright colors are distinctly Caribbean.

A local glittering restaurant in the heart of Oranjestad, world-class seafood, prime steaks, and unparalleled service in a vibrant, up-scale setting.
What a gem. We were so happy with the ambience, service, friendliness and most of all the amazing food. We both had a whole red snapper that was cooked to perfection. Melt in your mouth good! Our server, Kenia, couldnât have been nicer. We really enjoyed his warm welcome and his patience with our trying to decide what to have (great menu!). After many years of visiting Aruba and itâs abundance of great restaurants, Opus will be a must visit each trip and most likely more than once per trip!

Wine bar & high quality italian products
What a wonderful dining experience!!! Very small building, but awesome! The food is all fresh cooked and everyone enjoyed their meal. We were a group of 7! They have the best wine selection. The house was built in 1812, and the history is amazing. End of story - great food and great service!

Quiet little place a bit off of the beaten path but worth finding. Parking is easy and cabs available. When we first arrived there were only a couple tables occupied but this quickly changed as several groups arrived shortly thereafter. I got the impression that these people were returnees as they seemed to know everyone. Chef was engaged with customers and visited tables to discuss the food and wine menu.Wait staff seemed to hustle bringing water and bread to the table, we ordered appetizers; my wife had a garden salad and I had an original greek salad (no lettuce), we were both quite satisfied with these dishes. I had the Gnocchi Signature dish which had chunks of seafood (shrimp, lobster, etc) and my wife went for the classic Spaghetti and Meatballs. We were both delighted with our choices. Desert was a home made apple pie (4") with a dollop of ice cream which we shared. Very nice. Ordered our wine but the glass. 10% discount on the bill when paying cash.

The open air dining along with the delicious tapas dishes and wait staff makes this restaurant one of the best choices on the island. Guido and Kawhita was our wonderful tour guides through the menu that displayed the creative talents of the chef and kitchen staff. Some of the best gazpacho ever made. The baked artichokes were perfect. The stuffed mushrooms amazing. Please take a moment and try this wonderful restaurant and you will not be disappointed. Much gratitude to the staff for a lovely evening.
