Discover Restaurants offering the best Fusion food in St. Barthelemy, Caribbean. Christopher Columbus added St. Barthelemy, or St. Barts to his collection in 1493, but the French soon stepped in. Today, the chic Caribbean island - officially a department of France - is a popular winter getaway for people from mainland France, the rest of Europe and North America. Keep in shape and walk between attractions or get a rental car to see more of the island. Beachgoers can choose between strands such as Grand Saline, if nude sunbathing appeals, or shady, isolated Colombier Beach.

Take the very best quality meats, add a perfect touch os seasonal vegetables, and create a gourmet meal. Thatâs the challenge that le Christoâs chef, Nicolas Tissier, has set for himself, as he hopes to create an unequalled dining experience in St Barthél
We had our best meal so far in St. Barths at Taino. The dishes were well presented, creative and overall delicious. The service was attentive without being cloying. We enjoyed it immensely. If you dislike sunset views over a rugged shoreline, then avoid this. Ha. Give it a try, it's worth it. Dear Jonas,Thank you so much for your nice comment on Taino restaurant! We're delighted to read that you enjoyed so much our our food and service. We look forward to welcoming you another time during your next trip to St Barth,Best regards,Christophe Chauvin,General Manager

This was a great delivery option for an evening that we just wanted to hang by the pool instead of going out for dinner. The food was delicious, and the delivery was timely. Make sure to get your order in before 6:30. This tip was given to us by a local. They get very busy, and may not be able to take your order if theyâve got a lot of deliveries. Merci Neely :) and hope to see you soon in St Barth :)

First ImpressionsThe restaurant is located set back from the main road in Grand cul de sac and a little difficult to find if you have not been here before. However, once you find the restaurant there are great view of the bay from the hillside location. Staff were pleasant and informative.
