estela uses local produce from the local farmers. All our meats are grass fed. Every week we have various specials, which include a fresh catch. We serve vegeterians dishes and can accomodate vegans with prior reservation. Reservations are recommended.

Iâve been to this place since they opened but I never left a review. The food is amazing, the wine list is great and the service just perfect.Tonight I tried the duck breast...and I can state with no doubt that this is the best food youâll ever eat! Outstanding, so tasty and delicious you just have to try it to understand what Iâm talking about!Super recommended!

I recently visited Rincon with my husband and another couple. I had heard about the Roots Restaurant from a family member who had done some online research which showed positive reviews. So we decided to try it on our last night in Puerto Rico. The restaurant atmosphere was quiet and pleasant as well as slightly sophisticated. Food was very good. Service was welcoming and prompt. Window seat provided nice view of the commercial district. Loved the art decorations all over the dining area. Menu favored Caribbean and also Asian flair. My mojito was delicious. Prices reasonable. I would recommend as a must when visiting Rincon.
