Had breakfast every morning here. There's a menu or breakfast buffet with made to order omelets or eggs. I was hungry for over easy eggs every morning and they made them for me. The other choices include lots of bacon and sausage, fruits, cereals, yogurts, pastries and waffles with a variety of juice choices. The wait staff are very friendly and it just has a relaxed, easy going atmosphere. Great coffee and lots of birds flying around which is something I don't experience for breakfast everyday, so I was entertained.

El Rastro opened very recently (a week and a half ago). The setting is quaint and warm, located close to the historic city center. The food is spectacular. All fresh ingredients, mostly organic produces, some from the owners' own garden. The bread and the brioche come from the next door bakery, the maple syrup is homemade and has a twist of ginger which enriches the experience. You can order from the menu or choose one of the day's specials. Portions are copious and delicious. The staff was very pleasant. The owners, Lucecita and Maria, were very attentive and went out of their way to accommodate us (we were a group of 13 showing up at 2pm for a Sunday brunch - they normally close for a couple of hours at 3pm). Although the restaurant just opened and we were expecting a few glitches, the food was served in less than 15 minutes and had not been precooked. It was fresh off the stove. There is a very well stacked bar which serves amazing cocktails and the bartender knows a thing or two about making good drinks. This is THE place to try if you're in Ponce and probably worth driving across the island just to try.
El Bohio Pool & Sports Bar, is located overlooking the pool deck of the Hilton Ponce Golf & Casino Resort, this cabana-style bar serves popular rum cocktails, and a varied menu of snacks, light meals, salads, favorite sandwiches and artisanal pizzas. Enjo
This is a great place to relax and get some work done on the beach. They have a fully stocked bar and they have some large TVs to help you bide your time.

The finest dining venue in the Ponce area, located at the Ponce Hilton Golf & Casino Resort. Parking is complimentary when dining. Cozy atmosphere, attentive service, quality ingredients and professional cuisine. Amazing desserts too!
While staying in the hotel, we decided to have dinner in La Cava. Service was very friendly, food is good but could have been a little more tasteful. We liked the atmosphere of the restaurant very much. Dear @Caroline, thank you for sharing your review with us. We are glad that you had a great time at La Cava. We hope to welcome you back soon.

Lola Eclectic Cuisine will be closed a few weeks starting Monday, October 21 2019. We will be doing some remodeling to bring our customers a better experience and service . Sorry for any inconvenience it may cause! Thank you for your support to Lola Eclec
I have eaten there twice. Had excellent meals both times. The food was very good, but a few dishes were visually mannered to the point of impracticality.I donât want to have to pull my lettuce out a round cucumber ring to be able to eat it. That said, their bartender actually knew how to make a good Margarita. Serve was a little slow for New Yorkers , but perfectly fine for the Caribbean.
