The lively capital of Curacao is a welcoming, upbeat destination with two distinct historic districts divided by the lovely St. Anna Bay. Punda, site of neat, narrow streets, is crammed with shops and museums. Otrobanda, or "The Other Side," is a maze of twisting residential streets, contrasting with the organized grid across the bay. Willemstad's colorful colonial architecture has won it UNESCO Heritage site designations. Diving and swimming with dolphins are popular activities in the bay.

"Un Poco Loco" In the cute and colorful streets of Pietermaai District you will find Mundo Bizarro! The name says it all! In this Cuban oriented place you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktails, live music and much more! We are known for our divers
We ate here on a Thursday, so we experienced a Salsa evening. The restaurant, which has a lovely decoration, was packed, but service still was quick and friendly. The food and the cocktail were really good. After a while the band started playing lovely Salsa music and people started dancing, first a few, then more and more. We even danced a little ourselves after dinner. The dance floor had a very open atmosphere and was open to people of all levels.Earlier that day we also had lunch here, which I can also recommend very much.

I rarely leave 1 star ratings for restaurants, but this one absolutely deserves itI went to this restaurant to try and allow it to redeem itself from the absolutely abysmal experience I had two months earlier. I had heard that it had very good Keshi yena the signature dish of curcao. Nothing could be further from the truth. A salty ball of stewed chicken with capers and Oliver's with tooth chipping Pitts still inside them all wrapped in something they claim was cheers but certainly had no resemblance. The outer crust, layer, whatever the hell it was, Felt More Like it was a fried Twinkie dough. I simply couldn't bear this experience again so I got up and just walked out.The hotel is nice enough but the management are just seriously consider removing they're chef. he or she clearly has no clue once again, you can't believe the reviews from most people as I simply just don't seem to know any better

We found this great jazz pub in the Pietermaai section of Willemstad and were delighted with it. The jazz is mellow and relaxing, the people are friendly, and the beer is inexpensive. Highly recommended for anyone, but particularly for jazz enthusiasts.

Our cruise ship was docked til 10 pm giving us time to taste a little nightlife. The beach we had been at earlier suggested 27.The decor is cool with pictures of artists that passed at the age of 27.The live band was great and added to the fun Caribbean atmosphere. Our server was a young gal, I canât remember her name, but she was friendly and we enjoyed chatting with her.Food was good and portions large.

La Bohème Curacao is an atypical bistro, run by a Chilean family with a very multicultural staff. We strive to serve everyone as if they were part of our family in a very cozy yet informal atmosphere. Being located in one of the most multicultural islands
Had a take away as a quick meal. It was too much mayonnaise in the mix. Had no choice but to consume.

The first and only gastrobar in Curaçao. Latin/Caribbean inspired. Taste the region on your plate and in your glass with rum and tequila as the stars of the backbar.
Fantastic fusion of fresh Caribbean inspired cocktails, delicious food plates and classic chic island ambiance make Cana a special place. The menu offers an array of dishes that are larger than an appetizer but smaller than a dinner. Our table of 4 started by ordering 3 plates, served sequentially to share, first the Ceviche (local reef fish), next crispy calamari (fresh, tender with a sweet chili dip sauce) followed by Picahna a la Parrilla (Brazilian sirloin with chimichurri)...the friendly and attentive wait staff kept the plates coming and the drinks fresh. As the Picahna arrived we ordered two more plates, a calamari encore (it was so tasty!) and the Rum Ribs...OMG, we were full when the ribs arrived but the meat was delicious and fell clean from the bone!A perfect night! I believe that Cana is a âcanât missâ!
