Reviews on Bar food in San Juan, Caribbean. The festive city of San Juan is the perfect place to experience true Puerto Rican culture. Get to know its roots by exploring the vibrant neighborhood of El Viejo San Juan (Old San Juan), which consists mostly of Spanish colonial buildings. Flesh out your self-guided history lesson with a visit to El Castillo San Felipe del Morro, a 16th century citadel that’s a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then reward yourself with a cooling dip at Luquillo or Carolina Beach, then a tasty tour of the Bacardi rum plant.

Fun bar with the biggest tequila selection on the island. The best happy hour in Old San Juan. Great food and amazing staff. Come join us for some tequila and beer
Fun Cantina in Old San Juan. We were shopping and it started raining a little so we decided it was time for some lunch. You HAVE to have the nachos! I had the fish tacos, because like all food I have to have what I usually have... and they were VERY good... BUT my husband had the nachos with steak and THEY WERE SO GOOD! LIKE AMAZING! I never get nachos, but I would have a whole plate to myself next time!! I did more than my fair share of helping him finish them off!

Great server, nice ambiance. Fantastic food. Had been here once for a drink after eating somewhere else, and wanted to come back after noticing the quality of the food that was going by during our drinks.Everything was very good, if not excellent. Started off with the Empeñadillos and another starter that was not on the menu (avocado with fried shredded beef). Both were fantastic. For main, I had the Whole snapper, that was very good and presented upright, which I had never seen. My buddy had the Tuna tar-tar which was one of the best I had ever tasted. Not cheap for San Juan, but very good food.

Let's see. Spendy relative to PR. Really bad service. Staff is rude and more interested in chatting with each other than working. My daughter and I both speak Spanish and have found that using it and a smile usually goes a long way to making things pleasant. Not here. Maybe it's lousy management. Maybe they are used to a somewhat captive audience with tour boat folks. I don't know and don't care. There are better places to go.

I had been to Lupulo several times. Beer is always great, although sometimes the food has been uneven. This time I had fish tacos and my wife had some wings. Both were very good. The server was very accommodating in getting the right beer for your taste. Tell them what you are looking for and they will bring a couple of samples to try. I encourage you to explore.

An elevated experience for cocktails, great food, sunsets and the most amazing 360 views of San Juan.
Saturday evening we were looking for a place to have dinner as a family on the area. Found this place and decided to give it a try... what a pleasant surprise. The views are probably one of the best in the area... you get to see Old San Juan, the bay, the city, etc. The food was really good as well. Son ordered the churrasco, I ordered a mofongo with chicken and both plates were really good. And, to complement the view was the great service. Steven Garcia did a very good job taking care of us... even when sky got cloudy, they handed everyone umbrellas just in case. Definitively a place to try while in the area.

We stopped in on the way to dinner elsewhere and couldnât resist ordering the burnt ends, which were delicious!! Typically, Iâm not a BBQ person, but that Pineapple BBQ sauce took me over the edge. I had the Smoky Margarita (NOT my favorite). Next time Iâm just going to EAT!

Stopped here based on Trip Advisor rating and this one is listed as the No. 1 in San Juan. Not far from the truth. We had a delicious dinner and Miguel gave us wonderful service. We had a Cabernet for Wine and it was good. Some cheese for Starters and I had Steak & Shrimp as a Main Plate. Everything was perfect and it was a great time
