Mid range price wise, has English translation on the menu which is good because many people even the young ones do not seem to like speaking it or even trying, but this place was ok. At the front it is your normal Spanish tapas bar but has a decent restaurant at the back, give it a try, dont think you would be disappointed.

Not pretentious, not stuffy just top quality and good value.
This is a bar, a restaurant for workers and a top destination for steak lovers. I shared a chuleton weighing in at 1.4kg with a friend. The animal had spent the last two years of its life at a farm owned by the same family that run the restaurant. It had been hung for 45 days by people who understand how to judge the hanging time for each piece of meat. It was then cookedat the table by the owner. His professionalism and knowledge are way beyond his 35 years. The wine selection, housed in a air conditioned glass-fronted store room, is extensive and covers a wide range.
All in all a place that you could easily miss, but if you are in the area do not miss it!

Aparcamiento exterior adecuado.

This was really late at night for dinner but our colleague knew that this place is open till late and the quality of the Octopus and the meat are excellent. This was totally true. We had basically Octopus local style so called "pulpo a feira" and a thick steak of local meat so called "chuleton". We also ordered a couple of other dishes which are not their speciality, so what is really recommendable is the Octopus and the Chuleton.

We've been coming to Caion for several years now and have always eaten at the Finisterre which was one of our all time favourite restaurants. We were devastated to see it has permanently closed and wandered around like lost souls for an hour.... Of the other options we deiced on the Beiramar. So happy we did. We ate there twice and everthing was excellent, well cooked and tasty. Very good value for money as well. The staff were lovely and friendly and very encouraging of my Spanish. We will be back!!!!

This was the only place where we couldn t eat the all meal in Galicia. The food was wonderful and the rations are really big. We had to wait sometime for the meal but it was a Saturday evening and the place was packed. Taking that in consideration I consider the service was very good and that they are really efficient. We had very good mussels, pig meat with potatoes (raxo - it was a huge portion and really tasty) and a wonderful tortilla (even the small portion is huge). We couldn't finish the tortilla but they kindly offered to prepare it to take away. We had it for breakfast the following day. I will for sure return when back in Galicia.
