This restaurant would best be described as Italian centric seafood restaurant. There is even a seafood display case where you can opt to select the fish for your meal. The staff at Bianchi were very professional. All the staff seemed to be from Italy, but all were multilingual. We began with the mixed seafood starter. The clams, mussels, shrimp, baby squid, octopus and fish were so fresh and very good. My seared tuna entree on a saffron cream sauce was excellent. As good as that dish was, my wifeâs pan seared Branzino (sea bass) was even better and the sauce was divine. We also really liked the accompanying black rice. Bianchi is relatively expensive, but with their quality and service, the restaurant provides good value.Dear kstraveler81,Thank you for the wonderful and comprehensive review of Bianchi. Extremely satisfied with my experience here. This is truly luxurious restaurant. Their service was outstanding, seafood has nothing to complain and the decoration is nice. We took the Limmatschiff and enjoyed a short walk to the Fischstube. This place is quiet, authentic and away from the (posh) hustle and bustle often found in Zurich. Solid and exqusite cuisine, friendly staff and a lovely place at the lake. Portions are not too big. What a nice place to enjoy a sunday lunch.

An incredible shop offering many international, luxury foods one could wish for. I have also been to quite a few events catered for by this incredible business. The food is first and foremost absolutely delicious. It is so artistically presented that you don't want to eat it. And then when you do the combination of flavours and textures are incredibly pleasing to the palate! The service is always top notch and very professional and warm at the same time. As many courses as you like and some of the best canape I've ever had. Foie Gras, Asian Prawns, Smoked Salmon bliniz, you imagine it they can make it. Such lovely people run the place too.
