A sophisticated hotel needs a world-class food concept. That may sound tiresome, pretentious and a little self-important, but far from it! Four letters make up the restaurant's name and also serve as a pledge: NENI. Haya Molcho - the creative brains behin
We really enjoyed the food, i would say it was some of the best we had whilst in Zurich. Price wasn't too bad either but the service was certainly slow, for the whole meal. we waited 30 minutes for our deserts and had to remind them. It looked like a couple more staff members would quickly solve this problem.Dear gavinjobling1984, Thank you very much for taking the time and effort to share your experience with us!We are glad to hear that you enjoyed our food. Regarding the service we absolutely agree with you that 30 minutes are way too long for desert to be served.Since we are continually trying to improve our service quality, i would like to hear more details about your stay with us and therefor I kindly ask you to contact me via email under [email protected],Thierry Schnyder Restaurant Manager

The Artisan - Kitchen & Urban Garden is named after the teams appreciation for artisanal growers, suppliers and producers and the community gardens that we share with local residents. The Artisan is a lively neighbourhood restaurant, a green oasis in Züri
This is an interesting place, a bit off the beaten track for visitors, but worth seeking out and is right next to the station. This restaurant offers more local produce and dishes than the more formulaic tourist places in the city and is better value. The menu is interesting and very good for vegetarians, about 50% of the dishes were meat free. The food was well prepared and came with a good selection of vegetables and was good value (relatively for Zurich)If you are tired of the over priced haunts in the city, with sniffy waiters and unintersting food - try this place - you might like it.

Hospitality in the heart of Zurich: Zunfthaus zur Waag. A warm welcome to the Münsterhof (pedestrian zone) - a beautiful historic town square and the jewel of the Zurich city center. One great place to wine and dine and celebrate in the stylish atmosphere
The restaurant is situated in a beautiful medieval building at the first floor. The room has been renovated at itâs best. The food is outstanding. We had duck liver on caramelized pickled cabbage. Best we ever had! Main was KAPAUN a special kind of special chicken from France, a specialty during the Xmas season. Again superb! The good service was topped by the tenant/director Sepp Wimmer who is attentively looking after his guests. We know about quality of food and of service.Dear CN-HAM,We are delighted to receive this wonderful review from you. Great location just off BanhofstrasseRelatively small place : 2 big downsides, the wine list is very short (and priced pretty highly), and there are only 2 waiters (and I imagine a small cooking staff), so the service was really slow (despite making clear we had a train to catch and giving a lot of notice we still had to leave the place in a rush)My starter of steamed spring roll was rather good, though the chicken was too dryThe main of seared tuna was excellentDisappointing desert though (molten chocolate cake) - both too small and a touch too dryIf you have plenty of time, might be worth a visit, but you pay premium price for the location I imagine, and you can find better experiences imho

What kind of restaurant instead of preparion food while you are waiting, give you sliced beef prepared from the night (they confirm this when I pointed this out to the chef) and give you mash potatoes just adding boiled water to the pasl. I think, Small sliced beef portion and mashed potatoes cost 32 franks. Quality is disgusting, you can eat much testy and fresh prepared food in any Daily in NYC. Or you never be wrong in France with freshly prepared stake and salad on side for more than 20-22 euros. Disgusting overpriced place. I would not mind to pay this if it would be at least freshly prepared, but it is not. Awful experience with Swiss restaurant.Dear Olivia TravelocityThank you for your feedback. We can guarantee that all our dishes are freshly prepared. We use only regional and seasonal products. Our meat is smoked in an elaborate process and even there we use only the best part of the animal. The comparison with New York is difficult for us to comment on because we have no information about the quality and the pricing. The price comparison with France arises from the fact that the costs in Switzerland are many times higher.best regards

Restaurant GUSTAV We are known for Antonio Colaianniâs sensual cuisine. His cuisine is Mediterranean â the dishes are modern interpretations of culinary classics with an Italian touch. We offer a new business lunch weekly and our creative menu is changed
This is not a review of Gustav's Michelin-starred restaurant, which awaits our first visit. It concerns the hotel's delightful ground-floor café and confiserie, which we now have visited twice. Tired of seeking a pleasant place for Saturday lunchtime's light lunch in Zurich's busy Bahnhofstrasse and weary of the permanent crush in Globus's fashionable coffee shop, we found this place as we explored the boutique shops in the up-and-coming Kreis 4 area of Zurich. A few steps from the edgy Langstrasse and near the end of the new 'place to be' quarter bounded by Europaallée and Lagerstrasse, Gustav's coffee shop is a tranquil refuge from Saturday shopping. We were greeted by friendly and professional staff and seated at a pleasant table for two by the window. We chose the house specialty of Italian tartines, with a well-recommended glass of white wine to accompany it. These toast slices topped with delicious ingredients were a pleasure for the senses in design, smell and taste. For those who do not have the appetite for a large lunch, these are perfect. We followed with excellent coffee and patisserie which appealed to the senses just as much as the tartines. Not a large place and tables are limited, but well worth visiting for the food, service and ambiance. We have added this to our shortlist of 'go-to' places in Zurich.

We had my grandmotherâs birthday dinner here and enjoyed it. We did think that compared to other haute cuisine it was considerably expensive, nevertheless it was worth the experience to prove that vegan haute cuisine is possible. We all really enjoyed the Maluns dish, but did not like the sea buckthorn/ chocolate dessert so much.

Arrived on a Tuesday evening which seemed to be the start of the 'Wild' or 'game' season for this restaurant. Parking was ample and easy to get ti by tram. Very traditional deco, cosy and welcoming service. Restaurant was very full. Wine list excellent with some ' please try me' Swiss numbers. Food was very tasty and fresh, I had a well prepared Venison with all the expected trimmings, mopped up every morsel! My dining guests also enjoyed. Would come again. Conclusion, good, honest hearty seasonal locally produced food that hadnt been messed about with, 10/10.
