Were there on a Sunday Afternoon. The terrace was crowded because they had a show at the theatre. The staff obviously was not able to handle it. So waited 15 minutes until order was placed. Then waited another 10 minutes until drinks were served. The sweet potato fries we ordered came as regular fries. When telling the waitress that we ordered the sweet potato fries she said that we were wrong because she had it written down as regular fries right⦠The place itself is beautiful with a great view overlooking the lake. Still would not go there anymore. The cruise boat on the Lake of Zug holds just in front of this garden restaurant. Middle in the nature, the Rigi mountain provides the shadow. Family type setting, the owners are involved. Not sophisticated but good value for money. Slight improvements of the menus would be helpful .

This restaurant is located right on the Aegerisee - a beautiful lake just 10 minutes from Zug. The food, especially the fish was delicious. However, if you do go here plan at least 2 hours for a meal. Service is extremely slow, even when the restaurant was nowhere near full. We waited 30 minutes for our starter, which was a small salad and then another hour for our main course. This is not a one off as we have tried the restaurant a number of times since the location and he food are really good.
