I don't know how this chain can survive with delivery times of 1.5 hours, and that on a late Sunday evening when it couldn't possibly have been very busy. The pizzas arrived lukewarm, the dough was soggy and not well baked through. There was almost more rim than topping on the big pizza.Basically everything that can go wrong with pizza delivery went wrong. Will never order here again. Spontan hatten wir auf der Heimfahrt entschieden, hier eine Pizza zu holen. Etwas unkonventionell, in einem Geschäftshaus strömte uns bereits im Lift feiner Pizzaduft entgegen. Also immer der Nase nach. Der Eingang ist hell und freundlich, aufgeräumt und sauber. An der Theke wurden wir freundlich begrüsst und durften uns an der sehr schön gestalteten Menükarte unter vielen Leckereien unsere Pizza aussuchen. Wir konnten auch direkt in die Küche sehen und zugucken, was so läuft. Durch die Glasscheibe ist auch die Hygiene gewährleistet- für mich ein wichtiges Argument.Der Geschäftsführer nahm sich sogar ein paar Minuten für uns Zeit, äusserst angenehm. Die Desserts macht er alle frisch und selber. Die Pizza und das Tiramisù schmeckte lecker.Vielen Dank- Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Very good Italian restaurant with friendly atmosphere. The location is not great, but its worth making the effort. Da Pino is still my favourite pizzeria in Zug. Nothing fancy, but the pizze are really good.If you like spicy, go for the Vulcano...and ask for their spicy sauce to add to the pizza.Very reasonable prices for a Zug restaurant

The place is SUPER loud...really annoyingApart from that, an ok experienceWaiters/tresses were nice and smiley but clearly rushed so led to a few small issues/slownessWine list small-ish but ok priced (for Switzerland)Very large menu, lots of choices (esp in pasta/pizaa...way more reduced for anipasti)The buffala was excellentThe spaghetti were very well cooked, but I found the carbonara too creamy and lacking in meatThe tagliatelle with mushrooms were well cooked as well, but maybe with too much garlic (killed a bit the mushroom taste) Would return to try some other pasta

For a lunchtime visit at the end of May we could have expected to be sitting outside looking at Zugersee, but no, heavy rain sent us inside hoping for soup on the menu! Well, the lunchtime menu offered soup or self-service salad and bread plus a main meal for just over Chf 20, one of us had saffron/courgette risotto and the other had chicken and mushroom tagliatelle. The portion size was more than adequate and the food was very, very good.In addition the service was great, very friendly and helpful. All in all a very successful outing, with drinks and for around CHF 60.
