Ce restaurant italien est situé dans les galleries dans le centre de Neuchatel. Le service y était correct mais les plats beaucoup trop chers pour la quantité et le travail. La viande est servie quasiment sans aucun accompagnement, et les entrées sont vraiment petites. Tout ça avec des prix de gamme supérieure et dans un cadre peu enjoué. Un positionnement tarifaire peu compréhensible.

it is almost impossible to find somewhere to eat on a Sunday in Neuchatel. Our hotel is opposite the station and we chanced upon this bar. It had great music playing and a very nice waitress took our order. I chose a Norwegian salad of smoked salmon cucumber, apple, mixed leaves, sweet corn & olives. My husband had a Hawaiian pizza and a beer. It was delicious and we enjoyed it.

Après ces longues vacances le patron n'a pas changé la carte c'était toi fait quelques produits en changer mais la bonne humeur est toujours au rendez-vous. Je me réjouis toujours d'y passer un moment de détente et de convivialité. Si vous cherchez de la gastronomie ce n'est pas le bon endroit. Si vous cherchez une ambiance, de la sympathie, le sens de l'accueil, un état d'esprit différent et bien vous êtes à la bonne adresse.

Best ice cream appearance in town (and the ice cream is very good too, out of Mövenpick). Really cool for an afternoon drink with a couple of friends.

Part of a restaurant Chain, it keeps, however, a distint Look and Feel.Located very close to beau-rivage hotel, it has a variety of choices - from pizzas to local dishes.The Burgers are very good choice with various iterations sure to please all tastes .Also try the home beer.To finish of, desserts are very good and generous portions.Service is friendly and helpful.

Didn't eat here but came a few times to catch live football. Was disappointed last night when the game I wanted to see wasn't on as the Cerf had a problem with Sky. Pints of Guinness are good and are typical Swiss prices at CHF9 but there are 2 happy half hours when it drops to CHF6. You'll see all sorts in here from students to business visitors. There's steady traffic in and out of the small bar as people head to the smoking area out front.

It's one of the few if not the only 'laid back' spot in Neuchatel. I come here often for a brew or a burger. The prices are approachable and the food is solid. I've had a few of the tapas items which were top notch. The burger is the real deal though. It's tasty. The real reason to come to Chauffage is the atmosphere. You get a more liberal, offbeat crew here and it's a great place to people watch.

We ate outside on the terrace - no view and close to a busy road junction. However this only negative point was largely compensated by the simple but good quality cusine and the attentive and efficient service. There is a great choice of tapas and salads. We chose the steak tartare flavoured with truflle oïl which was very good. Definitely a place to recommend for a laid-back meal.
