Restaurant in Freidorf that is a pleasant location to have a glass of wine after a hectic day. Ambiance is nice and quiet. Service is a little inconsistent because staff is preparing for dinner and their is a shift change around 17:00, but that does not take away from from a restful place to unwind.

This is a great restauarant but like all Italian Restauarants the 4-Course rule should be obeyed and when you do there's barely room for a glass of wine.The food was excellent, pasta with seasonal mushrooms and fabulous anti-pasto but it was just too much food. You have to know the menu and thats maybe why the waiter looked at us in such a funny way.Anyway...we succeeded in eating the most of it and he asked if we wanted to take the rest home withus. Sure...why not! And we ate it next day. The walk home is just a couple hundred meters but what a struggle. Excellent and filling.

This restaurant serves authentic Italian pizza that is cooked out of the oven. The ingredients are fresh and the taste is good. I ordered a spicy calabressa pizza with mushrooms and olives. The only compliant that I had is that the pizza could have been cooked a little longer in the oven. But overall the pizza was fine. The staff was very friendly and they spoke Italian.

We've been to Schopf several times since moving to the Reinach area and every single day, they have seats filled outside with guests. They do a booming business with the locals and we have never had a bad meal there, ever. They speak English, French, German and Swiss German. The service is always good and the food is excellent. My husband loves their pizza and their desserts were to die for as well. I have enjoyed the pork, chicken and beef steak plates and the pasta looks delicious as well. I have seen groups come in for beers or coffees and families come in for their evening meal. Their menu prices are very reasonable and we've never spent more than 80 francs to eat there for the two of us. They are doing it right and I very much recommend them. It's right at the Reinachdof tram (#11) stop so you can't miss it.

Enthusiastic Italian staff! Hard to turn around because they are so excited and already ordering your sandwich before you can say anything. Not English speaking but know a bit. Few sandwich options which are good but not crazy. Family own, made by mama. Fun staff!

We passed this restaurant couple of times and decided to stop here for dinner. We were immediately greeted and seated. The menu consist of variety of pasta, pizza, and meats dishes. We opt for both the pizza menu which consist of large sized pizza, mixed salad and soft drink and the pasta menu was a choice of penne or spaghetti with green salad and soft drink for 22,50 CHF each. Our waiter was friendly, attentive and spoke some English. Meals were hot and tasty plus the salads tasted so fresh. Enjoy a great meal here.

A group of four went here for lunch. The food was excellant and since the weather was good we sat outside. Two wheel chairs and lots of laughing. Many other people were here for lunch too. Service was top.

We came here for a work function for something new near the Reinach office. The pizza is good and hopefully they can get to how they make it in Napoli, Italy.Also it would be a nice touch if they had Peroni or Moretti beer as they only had local ones which was too bad.

Been here many times, and we keep going back. Such a friendly restaurant, the owners and staff make you feel welcome and service is good. The pizzas are fantastic, our favourite is the Italian place with Parma ham. Had a dinner meal here and was absolutely fantastic, the restaurant is spacious and wide tables unlike the ones squeezed together in most big cities,The Risotto was absolutely fantastic the one with the Mushrooms. The service very friendly as well, considering it was a Saturday night and packed the waitress of the table was absolutely friendly and had time to explain everything and smile. We would like to thanks Ms. Nadia from the restaurant Would definitely be back
