After enjoying a hundred percent delicious dinner, we asked about the history of this lovely place. We learned that the foundress spent her early days in Thailand selling street food, before moving to Switzerland with her sister and brother-in law. Now being a grandmother and semi-retired, she still prepares the sauces herself - so, if you want authentic Thai food: here it is, guaranteed! Most delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere in a delicately and tastefully decorated space.Whole-heartedly recommended!

Came here for breakfast/brunch on a Saturday morning with our 2 little girls. Buffet type. You pay according to the weight of your plate (43chf/kilo). Itâs not cheap. But itâs Switzerland. We were a bit surprised by the âlackâ of variety on offer to be honest... a lot of savoury, salads, vegetarian dishes, breads, etc which is fine and everything we tasted was quite tasty. But it was lacking sweets and the usual foods you would expect at a European breakfast/brunch - ie. eggs. And you have to pay more (of course) for any sweet pastries.... This aside, everything is fresh, tasty, and itâs worth a try!Cute little kids area - a few toys, books and colouring pencils.

The euro-asian Restaurant is located in the center of Aesch close to Basle. Nahot Manurung from Indonesia, the chef and owner of the restaurant together with his wife Ariane from Aesch are happy to welcome you in their modern, fresh and cosy restaurant. G
This is really one of the best restaurants in Basel area! Very friendly service, excellent choices and awesome fresh, light and very tasty asian food! We got a excellent amuse bouche (polenta, ruccula, cocos, cheese combo), spring rolls and wantan as starters and green and red curry as main course. As dessert we had honey/ingwer ice cream. Everything was wonderful and also nicely presented! Dear fjerilThank you very much for the compliments! We are happy you liked your stay at our Restaurant. Hope to see you soon again.Best regards

We eat here regularly with the family. Only a few simple tables, nothing fancy but clean (mainly take away). Difficult to park, but only 10m from tram line 10.The card/choices is simple but straightforward. The sushi and sashimi are always very fresh and the rice is just right. We really like the spicy tuna snd salmon avocado roles: melts on your tongue!Prices are for Basel standards very pleasant and service is nice.

We are a cosy place close to the central of Basel serving authentic home made dishes representative of northern Vietnamese cuisine. The menu features classics such as Pho, Bun Cha, Banh Xeo, Fish in Banana Leaf, together with fusion delights such as Kim C
We had a get together over the weekend with family and friends at this excellent Vietnamese restaurant. Roman and Knock who run the place were extremely helpful with the planning and suggested appropriate menu options to accommodate guest preferences. The restaurant has two levels and since we were a group of nearly 20, we were at the lower level where the ambience was roomy and pleasing. The food was fresh and delightful, starting with the drinks that included fruit infusions and the main course including Asian lamb, chicken and various vegetable curries with rice and noodles. The restaurant was very busy and the service was a bit slower. That notwithstanding, the staff were very nice and polite, the food delightful and the overall experience very positive. I highly recommend this restaurant for those seeking good Asian food.

At the Teppanyaki, we prepare juicy steaks, Asian grilled vegetables and seafood right in front of you. We do not throw any food around, do not jiggle around with cooking utensils and do not serve as in the fast food. You can expect culinary delights, pas
Had a really great night out with the family at Hattoriâs. While the overall atmosphere was soso, the food was incredible. Main courses we would definitely recommend to try: octopus, seafood platter, and the duck. Really well done - teppanyaki style and cooked directly in front of you. Weâll be back.Thank you very much for this review. We're glad you liked it.

Entspanntes und genussvolles Dinner gefällig? Mum's Kitchen bietet Ihnen in familiärer Atmosphäre einen Einblick in die authentische Küche Vietnams.
I went Mum's Vietmanese rest. in Basel last week. Kristina had written down the food you mentioned to eat. The waitress was a young Vietnamese and she looked at us and said â¦. that it just made her mouth water to read them. But no she didn't have any of them on her menu. We got Pho, bun and cuon. and then an ice coffee too. yuumm

I have been eating at Mr. Wong often and i really have to say there is not much to complain about the food. Itâs asian fast food and either itâs getting prepared within seconds or itâs already cooked in the take away wok. The negative points about the restaurant are the way too expensive prices for everything and the unfriendly staff. If you want to have food quickly without waiting, itâs a good option.
