In the mood for Chinese food, we had dinner for 4 in this cozy and family-friendly Chinese restaurant on the outskirts of Herisau. It's conveniently located on the main road from the SchwÃ¤galp and near the Herisau-Wilen stop on the Appenzellerbahn. The restaurant is in an old Appenzeller house with only a red lantern outside to indicate its new identity. The food is excellent, made fresh with no MSG, and the service is friendly and welcoming. Reasonable prices.

This restaurant is wonderful! Food was absolutely delicious, and I was extremely impressed with the service, friendly and happy staff. Husband and I ate here for lunch and I can't wait to try it for dinner sometime!
