We were really looking forward to trying this restaurant but after 30 minutes of being ignored by the waiting staff we decided to leave. The Spanish get preferential service so if you are an English family be prepared to wait or eat elsewhere where you will be treated with some level of basic respect.

The menu for 10,50 euro was delicious and good value for money, the decoration special and calm. Included was a bottle of wine or bottle of water and more bread.Absolutely wonderful. The attention to detail was amazing without being stuffy or arrogant. For the quality it's one of the best values ever experienced in Comillas.Excellent food, not too expensive, all in all a good experience.

We originally stopped here for just a coffee, along with our dog. One of the waitresses came out and pointed at our dog saying something in Spanish (my Spanish is not great!), and we were oh no they donât take dogs, however all she was trying to say was that the lead was wrapped around our dogs paw!! She then even brought out a dog bowl, and proceeded to fill it up with mineral water (which we werenât charged for btw). Coffee was lovely. We wandered off, but decided to return for lunch given the warm welcome we were given. Lunch was amazing, started with an amazing house salad which was big, but very tasty. We did go to order another starter, but the waitress informed us that the salad would probably be enough for two which was very accurate and appreciated! I then had the Merluza (Hake) on top of black rice with cuttlefish which was really really (yes thats two reallyâs) good. Price was very reasonable, and it was a really nice spot on the harbour side with great service.Weâll definitely be returning on our next trip to this beautiful part of Spain.
