Reviewed By AlexF939We stayed here before, In Candas, maybe the best location to stay. But, the same problem I noted to the management over a year ago, still there. Roll down window in the bathroom “inoperable”. Shower head, too loose, won’t stay in place. Beside that, the room was clean. Should be clear, NO AC. The hotel staff is very attentive and pleasant.

Reviewed By Maite OThe hotel is in front of the sea and has wonderful views, mainly in the upper flats. The room was good, although not very big but when we arrived the floor and the desk had sand on them. The telephone did not worked and the second day of our stay the room was not cleaned at 14, 30 hours. There is only one elevator at the hotel which obliged us to wait frequently for a while. All those details are not precisely corresponding to a four star hotel. Staff were friendly but a little bit inefficient. The price was a little bit high for the service.
