Apparently 40 years in business, and still going on. Fairly basic menu (sandwiches, burgers, and something my primitive spanish fails at), but given almost everyone visiting during the time I was eating there was a local, it had to be good. And it was; especially in terms of value, as food was cheap ;)Bit limited on side dishes and no english menu, but I think the value part (and difference from the usual boring international chains) makes up for it.(Make no mistake, fine dining this is not, but reasonable alternative for the boring McD/Subway.)

Just happened to spot this tiny café, almost like a front room of a house, whilst wandering around La Orotava. We had a great lunch of freshly made sandwiches with drinks; the waitress was really friendly, and it was the cheapest lunch of many similar ones we had during our two weeks in North Tenerife!

Amazing view but not a perfect cake. The place of the cafe is great, the view to the ocean is amazing. But the cakes are plane, nothing special.

Sat outside at lunchtime.Ordered starter and Paella and drinks. Drinks came quickly and so did refills but the food took forever. Paella was over an hour and when it did arrive was overcooked.Stop for a drink of you like but avoid the food
