Bar restaurant where you can enjoy Swiss and International food, good wines and an extensive cocktail menu (American Bar). Nice atmosphere accompanied by jazz and blues music.
It's hard to find a good restaurant on La Palma but we found this place in Tazacourte, and it is 5 stars all the way, friendly staff, great food, and a good atmosphere, a must if you're in the area.
Recomendable.

With incomparable views over the Atlantic Ocean, the hotel houses a unique restaurant, "El Sitio", exquisite in its content and in its cuisine, where unique and innovative flavours, heady scents and subtle nuances come together in a cuisine that combines
Very good Tapas (cold and warm) - as a main dish we had vegetable Lasagne, Burger and Duckbreast. Everything was very well prepared and presented. The service was fantastic. A clear recommendation in case you want to have a more sylish experience (without being overly complicated).

We stopped here for lunch after visiting the old part of town of Los Llanos. Gentle pace, small and rustic restaurant with a few tables on the pavement. Cooler inside! The bathrooms are clean and the restaurant is wheel chair friendly. Service is friendly but a little slow (we were in no rush, however..)The menu (both tapas and main dishes) caters for all tastes and pockets (from cheap to mid range) and the choice for vegans and vegetarians is good. Furthermore, they are willing to modify the dishes according to personal requirements. There is a very good choice of fresh juices and the herby carrot, mango and papaya juice (3,50euros) had the thumbs up.We opted for the tapas: tortilla with avocado sauce (good), soya burger with a variety of vegetables (delicious), lentil curry with bread (a little salty and a tad dry)and a vegetable salad. The portions are fairly big. All in all not a 'wow' factor but the dishes are wholesome made with fresh produce and simply prepared - just right for a sleepy, hot afternoon! The bill for three people was 37 euros.

We had a very enjoyable dinner here. All the food was very fresh and well cooked and the flavours were rich and interesting. The goats cheese and chicken pate starters were very nice (but as with almost everywhere in La Palma better bread would really have been appreciated). Our main courses were rabbit and steak, both excellent, although I could have eaten a lot more potatoes! Lemon sorbet was large, delicious and generously topped with vodka. House red wine was good value and very drinkable. We sat outside and it definitely wasn't romantic or atmospheric, being right next to the main road, but the service was great and we had a very good meal overall.

We ate here on two evenings while on holiday nearby. Everything was perfect. The service was friendly and efficient and we were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. We had starters, mains and deserts and all four of us enjoyed everything we ate, without exception. Wonderful, authentic food and a really varied menu. You canât really tell from the outside, but inside there is a lovely atmosphere, and we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace on our first visit too. Muchos Gracias!!!

The staff is very helpful, friendly and speaks English, a little bit Flemish (Gents!) and Deutsch. The menu is not that big but it are all very different dishes. There are also suggestions of the day. The dishes are rather large. I had a starter and a main course, and although I enjoy it, it was too much. But I surely can recommend the tartar of salmon and the trio of ice cream (Nutella, white and brown chocolate) as dessert! It is not the cheapest restaurant, but it's absolutely worth the money. We enjoyed our evening!

We visited this restaurant 3 times during our stay in Los Llanos - so it shows how good the food was. The specials menu was very interesting and the fish dishes excellent. However, the service deteriorated each visit until on the last time we couldn't wait to get out of the restaurant, and left without giving a tip - which is very unlike us.Basically, the staff are completely disorganised and possibly disinterested. On the first visit we thought it was a bit 'fawlty towers' and almost laughable. On the second visit the service was poor but we thought it was because the restaurant was busy. However, on the third visit (despite tipping on the first 2 visits and pointing our errors in the bill which meant they had under-billed) we were pretty much ignored. It is a shame that a restaurant which serves such good food is spoiled by poor front of house staff. I hope that they address this as soon as possible.

This restaurant is a really nice place for entertaining people or to have a romantic dinner. The food is excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. This place also has a room for private parties. One can dine either inside or outside, however wherever you eat you will not be disappointed.

Interpreting fresh and regional products serving in different cuisines of the world.
Came here because of reviews on tripadvisor, and the fact that it is vegetarian friendly. Meal was quite pleasant and I was really pleased there were several vegetarian dishes on the menu. Staff were friendly too. The un ordered entremets was the nicest thing we ate, a sort of cold cheesy yoghurty soup with a coriander pesto. Partner had the mushrooms and sweet potato cakes and he loved it. My courgette crumble was a tad disappointing. Starters were fine. All in all, a little underwhelming for the price, but perfectly okay
