Functional apartments for up to three people, with a double bed and single cabin bed. The apartments measure 118 sq. Ft. (11 M²) have a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
The location is excellent and the people are great. I think the rooms can be bigger and also have a fridge. The breakfast was very good, I was surprised by the variety of items served. So everything met my needs very well. Thank you!

The Campo Grande hotel features 155 air-conditioned apartments, including all non-smoking apartments and 2 Presidential Suites. Ideal for business trips to Campo Grande, it is situated opposite the Parque das Nacoes Indigenas, close to the Arquiteto Rubens Gil de Camillo convention center and Albano Franco exhibition center. It offers 7 meeting rooms for conferences and seminars, outdoor private parking, a restaurant, bar, fitness center, adult and children's swimming pool and a playground and a toys room.
I am a Platinum ALL Member, and my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. If you are on business (as I were) and believe that all Novotel follows a standard level, this is not the case. The service level is very poor and early in the morning people from housekeeping employees talking loudly, disturbing your sleep. I have been there for 3 night and in the second night I requested a room-service, which they decided to attend after fourth request...

Since the beginning, the Brumado Hotel has been consolidated as a reference in terms of structure and quality of the services offered. The constant commitment in allying comfort, safety and quality of services brought us a leadership position in this segment in the capital of South Mato Grosso, the State of the Pantanal. Here, your stay is entirely related with a complete sensation of the well-being.
I stayed for one night in this hotel. Good room, good breakfast, friendly staff. It is not a real holiday hotel, but fine to stay for one night. The rooms are clean and have a good space. Close to the airport so very convenient I

After a few days in the Pantanal it felt quite luxurious returning to a mid range hotel. The staff member who greeted us spoke very good English. The room was comfortable and the shower was hot with a good flow. There don't appear to be many food options in Campo Grande, so we got room service. The burgers, chips and beer, although not gourmet, were enjoyable. Best of all is the breakfast - an impressive spread; who wouldn't want a selection of frankly delicious cakes for breakfast! We were glad of our stay at the Metropolitan and would recommend it to anyone needing a little comfort after the Pantanal.

Spent one night at WR comfort with my wife. The hotel is very new and quite clean. Bed was comfortable and shower was awesome. Breakfast was good, but they need to replenish the food and drinks more often. On the negative side, there was no availability for parking inside the building. The parking space of the building is also very narrow - easy to bump the car over the wall or columns. The other thing we didn’t like was that the air con is just over the bed, which can bother people that have a sensitive throat. Overall it is a good value for money. Just be aware as well that the location is a bit far from the city action.

We stayed there for one night before and after our trip to Pantanal. Rooms are a bit small, but Wi-Fi working well, air conditioning as well. It's close to Praça das Três Araras (Three Macaws Square) and Casa do Peixe restaurant famous for its fish dishes. Very good breakfast served at Intercontinental Hotel just next to Colonial. Very friendly staff. I recommend this hotel to all Pantanal travellers.

The Deville has been the highlight of my visit to Campo Grande for the past 5 years. I always look forward to staying in the comfy bedroom, lounging around the luxurious foyer. Working out in the gym. They still have the friendliest and most consistent staff in town, all very well briefed. Special thanks to the breakfast restaurant staff Dena, who explained very well the ingredients of an organic house-made cake. It all gets so more exciting now that they have bikes available for hire. Great if you want to go for a ride in next door’s Parque das Nações Indígenas.
