Really nice hotel
Reviewed By xavier bardaji sAlthough the hosts do not speak any other language than Italian we manage to understand each other. Breakfast is included, the house is really well decorated and has all everything in order to have a comfortable stay. Everyone at the hotel was very obliging with us, as they even ironed our shirts.

Breakfasts were absolutely delicious! Service and cleanliness at a very high level. We will come back there !

Reviewed By nic0lavaleI had a pleasant stay with my girlfriend halfway through August. The hosts are very kind and lovely. The breakfast, which is included in the price, is rich and delicious. The rooms are nice, wide and cosy. Certainly you will need a car in order to reach the wonderful beaches all around. August in quite crowded on the streets, it worth visiting the region called "Salento" though.

Solerte è l' attenzione di Claudio, il gestore, sempre disponibile e vivace, nonché quella del personale che vi si avvicenda. Il mare lo si raggiunge con facilità e con altrettanta facilità si raggiunge la città di Lecce, interessante e vitale sino a sera tardi. Passeggiare per i tratturi della tenuta, a piedi o in bicicletta, permette di ammirare il paesaggio, le viti e gli olivi secolari che sono uno dei simboli della terra ove la “casina” si trova: il Salento. The "little house" Occhineri is a beautiful, comfortable and relaxing place. There you will have the possibility to find yourself absorbed in the atmosphere of an old time village. You will also find yourself surrounded by the genuine things that a farmland could offer. Claudio, the manager of this little farm, is diligent and the constant attention he and his staff will give you will make you feel at home. From here it is very simple to reach the sea, both the Adriatic and the Ionian. From this place you also have the possibility to visit Lecce, a very interesting and dynamic city until late in the evening. Walking around our tree-lined little streets of the farm, on foot or by bike, you can enjoy the panorama, the grapevines and the olive trees, symbols of the region where this "little house" is located: Salento.

La casa merita ma quando si chiedono quelle tariffe ci si aspetta un servizio altrettanto buono. Dopo la. Insegna delle chiavi, accolti con una bottiglia di benvenuto, non abbiamo ricevuto più al un servizio che sicuramente si deve dare quando si chiedono determinate tariffe. Non vi era all’interno della casa al un detersivo o pastiglie per lavastoviglie, fornita la biancheria da letto e da bagno con 1 semplice sapone monodose, non erano presenti beni di prima necessità per la cucina come olio, sale etcc. Considerato che siamo in un paesino con negozi quasi mai aperti e senza supermercati nelle vicinanze consiglio di fornire servizi e beni di prima necessità. Da rivedere e migliorare i servizi.
