If you seek isolation, basic jungle living (with good home cooking) with a near deserted perfect tropical beach, as we did, you will not be disappointed. Dany our host was charming and helpful. It obviously has beed a tough couple of years following the pandemic, so its like a rebirth here. A day on this beach is about as relaxing and quiet as you can experience anywhere in the World. Oh and the night swims with the Luminous Plankton unreal

A unique wooden Khmer style accommodation built from reclaimed wood of the northeastern part of Cambodia, set in the lush tropical garden with mango trees and rice fields.
It has been a while since we stayed at Isann Lodge, in fact we visited exactly one year ago in October'19. We miss the place and people immensely, want to return to Siem Reap once more just spend some more days in Isann Lodge. This was our second anniversary and we were searching for a cozy, boutique hotel amidst some greens. We saw a lot of options on the internet but somehow zeroed down on Isann. And till date we feel blessed about finding this place. The rooms are huge and artistically done. The furniture and other things are minimalistic but in complete harmony with each other. We booked a garden room that had a wonderful stone bathtub in the back courtyard. Outside the swimming pool has crystal clear waters with reflections of the dense trees all around them. Across the resort is an open air restaurant serving amazing food (no wonder the place is owned by a famous Cambodian chef). We wish we go back very soon. The people at the reception were really helpful and they introduced us to Souhak, our tuk-tuk driver was a great guy. Over 3 days he should us all the places in Angkor and took so much care that he even got breakfast packed for us at 4 AM before we went for our excursions.

My girlfriend and I stayed in a standard double room with a private bathroom on the upper floor. On arrival, we were greeted by receiving a cold towel to cool us down along with a welcome ice tea. Check in was a quick and easy process and our bags were carried to our room for us. In the room we had a television, kettle, fridge and bottled water. The room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was a good size with toilet paper provided. We were also provided with towels and soap. Air conditioning and the fan worked great in keeping us cool. We slept well every night. There was a wedding on the same street but ear plugs did their job. There is a swimming pool outside which is handy for cooling off, although my opinion was that there aren’t enough sun beds or space to cover everyone. Not too much of an issue for us though as we were out most of the days. The hotel offers assistance with booking day trips such as Angkor Wat, and they are very knowledgable. For reasonable prices they also assist with tuktuk drivers, which we used for Angkor and the Apopo Visitors Center. The restaurant has some great breakfasts on offer, ranging from eggs, toast and sausages to fruit salads and cups of tea or coffee. The breakfast was free with our room and lunch and dinner are also relatively cheap. The WiFi near the pool was better than the WiFi in our room, which to be honest wasn’t brilliant but was ok. There was also two power cuts one night, but I think this affected other places on the street too so I don’t think this was at the fault of the hotel. There is laundry service for $1.00 per kilo. The staff are super friendly and they always have a smile on their face, they are very welcoming. All in all I would absolutely recommend staying here if in Siem Reap, it is great value for money.

We went as a family of 7 and had an absolute blast! The staffs (one male staff in particular) was incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. (Sorry I forgot to ask for your name!). Food was incredibly delicious and atmosphere around hotel was great too! All around an amazing stay! However I do have some minor critiques that although didn’t affect our stay, would’ve made the whole experience even better: - There was no hot water in the bathroom and the shower head was faulty, causing the water to spray into two different directions - Many of the staffs are undertrained and don’t know the answers to most of the basic questions we had about the property/menu/tour and had to go back and check with the front desk every time we needed information - The transportation fee to and fro the long set pier is very expensive. Granted this is not the hotel’s fault as it is the standard price on the island ($5/one way for 1 person so two way for 7 people was $70 for a barely 10 minute ride). But it would’ve been great if the hotel has their own transportation for guests with a set price. Despite this, we had an amazing still and will not hesitate to go back!

Our family have lived in Cambodia for 21 years and I'd only recently heard of this place. We needed a spacious place to bring a lot of luggage from the provinces for shipping back to our home country. The staff bent over backwards to cater to us, allowing us to store our luggage in their office and then unpack and re-pack it. Their service was especially helpful as I had travelled without my husband and needed extra help. The bedrooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen, fridge and washing machine were especially important for us and we enjoyed the air con in the heat of dry season. There was clean drinking water(22L) provided for free and replaced when needed. The location was a bit tricky to get in and out of especially during peak hours but otherwise very central to shops and other places we needed to get to. I wish I'd known about this place earlier. I would highly recommend this place to others who travel with children. However, the small pool on the roof top empty and not in use when we stayed here.

Tree tops is a gem of a place which is perfect for escaping it all. The huts are clean and very comfortable and the veranda is complete with table & chairs & a very comfortable hammock! The food is good as are the fruit shakes - all of which are not overpriced. Staff are very welcoming

The price is OK but room has no windows. We were lucky to stay in the room which faced the main road as it was not as loud as on the other side where construction is going on every day. They didn't have laundry and bike rent at the time though it was advertised throughout the hotel. Staff is nice.
