Camarillo (/ˌkæməˈriːoʊ/ KAM-ə-REE-oh) is a city in Ventura County in the U.S. state of California. The population was 65,201 at the 2010 census, up from 57,084 at the 2000 census. The Ventura Freeway (U.S. Route 101) is the city's primary thoroughfare. Camarillo is named for Adolfo and Juan Camarillo, two of the few Californios (pre-1848 California natives of Hispanic ancestry) to preserve the city's heritage after the arrival of Anglo settlers. The railroad coast route came through in 1898 and built a station here. Adolfo Camarillo eventually employed 700 workers growing mainly lima beans. Walnuts and citrus were also grown on the ranch. Adolfo bred Camarillo White Horses in the 1920s through the 1960s and was well known for riding them, dressed in colorful Spanish attire, in parades such as the Fiesta of Santa Barbara.

We went to Lure to have a nice dinner and. drinks with friends visiting from out of state. The food, drinks and the service was Very Good.
The reason I gave it 4* not 5* is because we couldn’t hear each other over the constant noise.

Enjoy having breakfast here on the weekends. I pick up breakfast for my 95 year old mom. Dana and the waitresses are always friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and my mom Loves her "Banana Nut Pancakes." There is a great selection of Breakfast Dishes, and it is neat to be at the Airport and watch the airplanes fly in and out. If you are a Pilot you can fly in for breakfast or lunch!

We are here in Camarillo to see the horse show "Cavalia". We searched Trip Advisor for the highest rated Barbeque restaurant. The Wood Fire Grille didn't disappoint. I had the smoked brisquit sandwich with the twice baked potatoes. Great food!

Attended for a small birthday celebration. I had the short ribs, which is one of my favorite meals. This entree was no disappointment. Fork-tender and with ample mash and veggies. Service was generally good, staff was friendly and ambiance was energetic. I would definitely return.

I love the food at this place. Since my last visit, they reorganized their curry menu so that you pick your curry base and pick your meat/vegetable. Lots of vegetarian options too, potato, vegetable, paneer (cheese) to name a few. Portions are really good and I usually have enough for lunch the next day as well. The owner is almost always present, nice person to talk to. I need to get here more. I have never had a bad meal here.

Steak burritos are really good. A little expensive at around 8 bucks but it's cooked right and can tell it's quality meat. Skip the "pizza" though.

We are tucked away in the corner of the shopping center. Located next door to Prudential Realty.
Not bad. Wish I could rate 3.5 but I'm going with 3 because I cannot call it "Very Good". We were ignored at our table for a longer than average time by the server and no, it was not busy at all. Food pretty decent, but you can get better pho about 3-5 minutes away IMO.
