Here’s your day in Calistoga: Yoga. Massage. Spa lunch. Hike. Wine-tasting. Facial. Mud bath. Gourmet dinner (with more wine). Dip in a mineral pool. Does it get more relaxing than a spa town built around natural springs in the middle of wine country? We don't think so.

Relax, unwind and enjoy as we surprise your palate and feed your senses with dishes as artfully constructed as they are delectable. Whether you choose our Michelin-starred Solbar – a Napa Dining favorite – or prefer the refuge of your private studio, dining here is always a singularly rewarding experience.
Solbar can now compete with the other big time restaurants in the region given the highly trained staff, fantastic food and beautiful room. The room was upgraded not long ago and now is much more elegant while retaining its cool vibe. The Kanpachi Crudo was sublime with a nicely acidic base and just enough spice from sliced peppers. The pork chop was fantastic and was paired with English peas, charred radicchio and a buttermilk spaetzle. Delicious. Others at the table loved the scallops, the burrata and the black cod was very popular. It is a four course meal design but all can also be ordered a la carte. The restaurant is just south of the town of Calistoga and about 20 minutes north of St Helena.

The coffee that wakes up Napa Valley! Serving fresh roasted coffee, espresso drinks, fresh baked pastries, breakfast and lunch items, smoothies, etc since 1992
Our hotel offered us vouchers as part of our room stay so we went to the Roastery daily. The coffee is good and hot. The bagels and muffins are delicous! This is great place to hang out with friends and chat over breakfast.Hi and thanks for taking the time to leave such a nice review for us! We are so glad we could be a part of your Calistoga vacation and we hope to see you again soon.

This place does the best coffee we have had since being here in the US. American coffee is no better than dirty water, and it was a relief to find good coffee here.

Lovina is an intimate, locals' favorite restaurant in a historic Craftsman home on the main street of Calistoga- chef driven menu, local unique wine list, and the best heated patio in town! Formerly known as Calistoga Kitchen, we reopened as Lovina in 2018, named after an inspiring pioneer woman in Calistoga (Lovina Graves Cyrus.) Four local restaurateurs run this neighborhood gem specializing in chef driven menus and local wines. Join us on the heated patio in the historic "Antique District" of Calistoga's main street, the east end of Lincoln. We serve all day Thursdays-Mondays and are closed Tuesday/ Wednesday. Dogs are welcome on our patio, and there is a parking lot behind our building.
Amazing oysters!!! Came here for a visit with family on Thanksgiving weekend. I have had Louisiana oysters and these certainly held their own. Great service, high quality ingredients! Also had the mushroom dip and bolognese pasta. Perfect night out!

We were expecting quality coffee at this quaint roaster, but we were disappointed. Around the corner we found better coffee for less money. The server/barista seemed confused but was polite and excited about the coffee. But it fell short and it was overpriced.

We stopped off in Calistoga while touring the valley. We parked in Lincoln Ave and started to stroll around when we saw Scoops and Swirls and headed in. It was very refreshing to get a cone and wander around the town, although a few shops don't like you to walk in with ice cream. My ice cream, pistachio, was wonderful and managed to get me through the day.

We had supper on a weeknight at Evangeline - been meaning to try it out for a while, and very happy that we did. The restaurant is bar/pub casual but definitely feels upscale and warm. We were seated promptly and given the brief menu for the evening. I don't mind brief menus, in fact, I prefer them as long as the food is good, so we were able to sample a few items for starters and each have a main. For starters we ordered deviled eggs (excellent - four halves) fried pickles (excellent) and brussel sprouts (very good). For the mains, shrimp etouffee and roast chicken, both very good. I was stuck, and our server nudged me toward the duck confit, I'm glad she did. This was the best duck preparation I've ever had. Very simple, but incredible flavor. The dick was coated with a panko gremolata and served over potato puree with wine spiced prunes. The duck was cooked perfectly, and the combination of the sweet spiced prunes, tender meat and the whipped potatoes was memorable. Couldn't decide whether to pair with the syrah or the pinot, so our server suggested half glass of each - perfect! (both great but the draft Pinot was better). It was an excellent supper, and the prices here are reasonable for the valley. Thank you Roxanne for the excellent service - friendly, professional and well-timed. Highly recommend Evangeline for a French-Creole treat.

Superb coffee and tea, smoothies, milkshakes, bagels and pastries. Also a wide variety of original specialties like the Horchata Frappé, Hibiscus Blackberry Cooler, Green Tea Passionfruit Cooler and more!
This is a very quaint café in Calistoga, with possibly the best coffee in town. Their drinks are very unique. I had an horchata latte frappé (horchata is a Mexican rice and cinnamon drink) and it was amazing. The lovely lady at the espresso bar was so nice and accommodating and turned out to the be owner. I will definitely go back and try out more things there. I really wanted to order one of everything!

Opened in 2015, the restaurant is located on the grounds of the historic Indian Springs Resort & Spa. The rustic new American cuisine uses the regions finest ingredients prepared in a classic form. Its natural setting at the foot of Mount Lincoln provides for both indoor dinning and alfresco seating on its expansive patio. It is a restaurant that draws generations of families together.
Enjoy breakfast at Sam’s twice over a short weekend visit. The first morning I had the avocado and toast which was delicious. However I saw someone having the bagels and I had to return for that dish which was even better. Next visit will have to try for lunch and or dinner.

I had dinner here a year ago and decided to try it again on a Tuesday evening. You have
to walk around the construction fencing to enter the restaurant. I ordered a Cabernet Wine Flight, Winter Mixed Greens Salad, and Chicken Abruzzi. I don't usually order a Wine Flight but really enjoyed the selection of Cabernets. The food and service were excellent. My thanks to Archie and Ana.
