Start with the good...the food I had was solid (nothing incredible) ....albeit a bit overpriced. The real problem was the environment (loud music/noise during lunch) and their absurd policy of not accommodating changes to dishes even for allergies...one member of our party was left with almost nothing to eat since they refused to even leave items like arugula or sauces off of items. I understand being proud of your recipes...another to leave millions of people with allergies unable to dine with friends. Also if youre going to do that....at least have better food.

Last night and we never tried B&J.Waiter was not so friendly and dont listen very well.Orderd boneless wings for app.And did serve it with entree. Terrible table to full.And entree not so hot anymore.No service at all anymore.First time offers refill when we asked for the bill.Much to late.Keeps circling around for the tip.Even marked a amount. Pasta alfredo was tasteless. Nu chicken okay.Didnt get anything but little bit broccoli and chicken. Suppossed i should order sides. Waiter dit not explain or asked if i need anything else.Never B&J again.And I didnot leave tip for the first time. No service, no tip.

You must try the Gordons cup drink and the sour cream bowl both are so delicious. They have a very nice look in their bar, with a fireplace and comfortable seating. The wings however, weren't as good. I recommend trying their tacos or the bowls.

Service was prompt and exceeded expectations. The BBQ chicken had amazing flavor and needed no added BBQ sauce (there are three bottles on the table.)The brisket burnt ends and ribs tips however, were tough and the brisket-flavorless.Famous Daveâs takes the cake on Burnt ends (take note Lucilleâs- very flavorful!)Applebeeâs kills it on their Rib ends.Frankly, I was very disappointed in these two meats-were these last nightâs leftovers of full orders? They tasted like it.

We picked this restaurant away from the main drag because it was conveniently close to our concert venue, McCabeâs Guitar Shop. So glad we did! The dishes were delicious, sized just right for a late night bite. I had the pork tenderloin, cooked medium rare with a rich, dark sauce and goatâs cheese mashed potato. My wife had the salmon, perfectly seasoned and served with couscous - not usually a favorite of ours, but very enjoyable in this preparation. Service was brisk and friendly, the wine list was comprehensive and reasonably priced, and the decor was pleasant to look at - large original canvases. It was a bit noisy, and tables were close together, but it suited our mood. A great find in a city with many restaurants, most not nearly as good as The Upper West!

I did not stay a night here, although I would have liked to. The hotel was booked solid so I had to stay a couple miles away. But for sure I would try to stay here if my travels bring me back to Culver City again. Built in 1924, at one time this place was the tallest building in Culver City. All kinds of celebs back in the day had places here including Ronald Reagan and Joan Crawford. I was here for dinner with some business associates and had a truly amazing time. The bar and restaurant is fantastic. Don't bother trying to park. Just spend the $10 and pay the valet. Great wine list, fine cocktails, for sure a place to try!

I ordered chicken sandwich with side of coleslaw. The chicken sandwich was ok but the coleslaw was just about 2 tablespoon. My daughter food was 2 little pieces of crispy chicken and at the end she was still hungry. Not enough food and the price was a little high for small portion. I don't recommend this place.

We were trying to find a place inbetween the valley and Palos Verdes and I literally picked Rush Street from a review of Culver City restaurants. I'd never heard of it but the menu looked good. Everyone in our group said what a great choice it was. The food was excellent, service great - nobody rushed us even after dinner was done. Passed a young, hot party of folks coming in who looked so happy; I think they thought they passed a happy group going out too. The food was fabulous. We all had burger that were perfectly done. I had the sweet potato fries (excellent) my husband and one friend had the chili to start. Our friends wife had a very generous ceasar salad with her veggie burger. We will definitely go back. Oh, and the carrot cake and the bread pudding they brought for my husband's birthday was devine. Good choice of wine and liquor. You can't go wrong. Rush on down to Rush Streed (sorry, could help myself LOL)
