This restaurant is right in the hotel and offers a quieter, more expensive meal experience than the lounge just outside the door. When you are at the hotel other choices are limited if you are without transportation.I was seated with three other women. We ordered drinks; asked for a bottle of wine. The wine we wanted was not available and they didn't have a substitute in the same price range. We went with cocktails and two ordered wine by the glass.I ordered an appetizer as my main dish. I got the grilled octopus which was served on a bed of grains. It was plenty for one and done well. I liked the octopus and the grains. The octopus was tasty and tender; not over cooked or tough.I also ordered a cocktail and it was good. They served bread to the table and we got a refill at no cost.The others enjoyed their food too. One person got the onion soup as her meal.We did have a problem with service. I am not sure if it was the waiter or if it was that they were understaffed. We had to wait a long time after being seated for service. Then we had the delay because they were out of the wine we wanted. Then our cocktails took a long time. It was one thing after another. Fortunately I was with good company and we weren't really in a hurry. It was late, however, by the time we got all finished.The waiter did remember to give us individual bills.Would I eat here again? We treated a team of clients to dinner here and everything was on-point! The wine list is fantastic! My steak (fillet) was fork-cut tender. All side dishes (Brussels sprouts and Mac and cheese) were made with love. The deserts? I watched at TV show on PBS that discussed this restaurant so we attended in October of this year. Wow wow and wow. The food was amazingly tasty. The buffet of salads, rice, peppers were extraordinary. Great selection and variety at the buffet. The meats were tasty. The wait staff was outstanding. A lot of personal attention was given to the diners. Expensive but worth it for a special occasion. The flan was delicious as well and there were these great cumari peppers that grow wild in the Amazon. The grilled pineapple was amazing. Very nice and highly recommend.Vivian, thank you for taking the time to share your awesome review with us! Food: We enjoyed all of our food. It was flavorful with fresh ingredients - Seared Ahi Wontons, Farmhouse Salad, Meat Loaf (very good â and I donât really like meat loaf!), Salmon, Scallops. Service: In general, the service was good. However, our friends ordered a bottle of wine and the waitress took so long to bring it to the table, they had finished eating and no longer wanted it. My girlfriend had a farewell luncheon for about 12 ladies and we ordered a long table. The waiter provided excellent personalized service and took many pictures for us too. He went around carefully to each lady taking orders and explaining how the Hot Stone Roks work! I ordered a Filet with fresh veggies and garlic mashed potatoes and some wine. It was outstanding and I highly recommend, it was a lunch portion and very generous. The dining experience is unique and fun. Please try this place out! We're thrilled everyone had such a wonderful time! Thank you for the exceptional review, and please join us again very soon!

Thursday night and grabbing a meal around 9pm. Good service but not well coordinated. Featured meal was oversold by waitress and not as good as advertised. Steaks are great especially the filets. The price is high and so was my expectations but not achieved.

We enjoyed dinner at this restaurant. Reception warmly welcomed us when we came in. Cocktails were well balanced. We enjoyed the calamari and bone marrow appetizers. Spinach salad was delicious with strawberries, goat cheese and candied pecans. The porterhouse and pork tomahawk were cooked as requested. Both were juicy, tender and tasty. The creme brulee and chocolate fondant are a must have ending to this dinner. Wait staff were pleasant and accommodating. They refilled waters and cleared dishes as necessary. A great dining experience.

I have been to Fogo de Chao Brazilian Steakhouse on several occasions for group meals. The first thing I would say is the salad bar is the best I've ever experienced. So many fresh choices that is hard not to try every thing. I would encourage anyone to go lite on the salad bar otherwise you won't have any room for the meet that is served afterwards. For the meat, it seems like the servers are pushing the less expensive cuts. You can request your preferred choice and not settle for what they happen to be offering. It seems like the desirable meats are selectively served.
