Stopped here for lunch after checking into our hotel. Found the restaurant to be clean and pleasant. We ordered house salads and pizza! The set ice was great and the pizza excellent! We throughly enjoyed our experience. I strongly recommend this great neighborhood restaurant.

A friend suggested this place and accordingly, delicious pizza. I beg to differ! Unfortunately, I didnât agree with her. A medium pizza costs $28 while small size costs $26. Their pizza is a little doughy and nothing special. It is also oily. With the tax and tips, our medium pizza which is 6 slices costs me $42. Way too expensive for a mediocre pizza.

Not a lot I can say about this place. The pizza is very middle of the road. To me, a great and memorable pizza is mostly about the crust which should be crispy outside and chewy inside without being too tough, the sauce which should be ample and flavorful, and the cheese, which should be bubbly, browned, and with a stretchy texture. The toppings are also important in that they should seem fresh and flavorful, and should be proportionate to the rest of the pizza. If I judge round table by that criteria, it just lands somewhere around a C+. The crust was a little too tough, the sauce was bit too bland and there was not enough of it, the cheese was good, but the toppings had that âmass producedâ feel to them. Too uniform or something. So I guess it is a serviceable pizza option, but not a go to place for me.

The title of this review says it all. Wow! Granucci's was amazing. While visiting in Pacifica, we lucked out when searching for take-out pizza for our granddaughter. Granucciâs strip mall location was a total fooler. You canât imagine our surprise when, as we approached the store front with the word âPizzaâ on it, our server greeted us at the door. We found ourselves entering a charming white-tablecloth restaurant. We got our granddaughter the pepperoni pizza sheâd been looking forward to. My wife and I started out with a very nice pino grigio to enjoy with our crabcake appetizers. Our entrée was a petrale sole over mashed potatoes with spinach and a lemon butter reduction. Fabulous! The table service was impeccable. To recap: Excellent quality food prepared with obvious care and love for the art of fine cooking, exquisite service and pricing that represented total value against the dollar spent. My granddaughter, a picky eater beyond belief, commented âThe pizza was really, really good.â Iâll go her one better as a native Chicagoan who has had pizza all over the world. Iâve never had a better pizza than Granucciâs. I regard that as high praise indeed! If this review has piqued your interest, I encourage you to check out Granucciâs website

Luigi's is a neighborhood hang-out. It is an older place and the decor is tatty. Luigi is ancient and a tad absent-minded but he enjoys his customers, and chats with regulars. In the opinion of the regulars who were with us, the food was great. They had fettucine with shrimp in an al fredo sauce. We had a pizza and it was no great shakes; very mundane. They have a limited beer and wine selection, as in they have 3-4 beers, a white wine and a red wine. No spirits license.Service was very slow. The first basket of garlic bread had no garlic on it. They eventually brought us one with garlic. It took several tries to get wine for two of our group and the order of ravioli was not cooked enough, they took it back, and there was quite a long wait until it was replaced. We poured our own water. If you are not a local, there is no need to visit this place. Have happy hour oysters at Moonraker instead.

We rolled into this cute Italian restaurant tired and hungry. We were greeted with an attentive staff, and a short wait. Once we were seated we ordered 2 pizzas, and 2 pastas. We got the meat lovers pizza and farmerâs market pizza, both were great and highly recommend. We also got the carbonara and gnocchi, also good but we preferred the pizza. Definitely worth trying.
