I had an urge for Hawaiian food on this wet and cold day. I came in here and ordered a piece of Spam Musubi and the BBQ Chicken Saimin. It was all good, but not quite like it is in Hawaii. I normally like to order their Chicken Katsu, but today I wanted hot soup and some Musubi. It was fine for what it was. I'll come in periodically. Don't expect five star dining, just the basic staples of Hawaii. I enjoyed it.

First time dining here. Sushi was excellent. My fave sushi is salmon skin hand roll, and they did an excellent job. Also loved the unagi, tobiko, sake (salmon), & pot stickers. Less impressed with the oysters which I didnât think were chilled enough. Sat at the sushi bar. Very friendly sushi chef. Place was packed when we left. If you love sushi, try this place.

My wife and I dropped into this place after reading the great Internet reviews. The reviews were accurate. Great food. Service was excellent. We had sushi and ramen, both outstanding. There is a large parking lot right behind the restaurant so it is very convenient. Loved this place!

I personally feel the price is slightly high for what they offer for lunch. My son ordered the lunch combo for $11.95 and it was smaller than I expected. The teriyaki beef was flavored and the crispy ca roll looked good. The Godzilla roll looked a little weathered, but, the kids ate it up. No salad with the lunch, which I'm surprised at. Friendly staff and was ok.

I was looking for something a little different than a regular meal of sushi and was please to see chicken katsu curry. The breaded fried chicken with an abundance of curry sauce was delicious. The curry sauce had plenty of curry flavor, seasoned just right, and was a little bit spicy; just the way I like it. Coupled with a mug of beer, it made for a wonderfully satisfying meal. Served with rice, my hunger was satisfied but I had to try the creme brulee for dessert. Served hot, it was topped with cantaloupe, which I don't think added much. The custard was a little runny, but there was great flavor. The service was exceptional; friendly, kept our water glasses full, and frequently checked on us to make sure we didn't want anything else.

Jo's Honda Sushi is a wonderful little place. It has fantastic sushi and other wonderful Japanese dishes and excellent service. It's clean and comfortable, too. I would give it five stars if they played soft Japanese music there. They're old rock n' roll sound track is distracting and feels out of place. That said, it's still our very favorite place for sushi and we love going there.

This is food plus entertainment...my grand kids chose this place, their college age. It's a habachi style place. We were 6 plus 6 strangers. Chef cooks at the table, lots of knives being tossed around. Very entertaining. The quality of the food is excellent. I had filet, perfectly done,,chicken and shrimp also good.. If anything there is to much food, soup, salad, veggies, rice then main course. It's a bit pricy but you get a lot..Enjoyed the place..
