This IHOP is the one on S. Harbor directly across the street from the Disneyland parking shuttle bus loading zone (to get to Toy Story lot, etc.). Very convenient, about a 10 minute walk from the parks. We went during a non-busy time, around 3 PM and were seated immediately. This IHOP has a lot of tables laid out in a relatively long rectangular building. I assume due to its location that it gets packed in the morning and other meal times, but I was laughing at how long the walk was past all the empty tables from the front of the restaurant to the bathrooms near the back!We all had breakfast - crepes combo and breakfast sampler. Service and food was great for an IHOP. I mean, come on, this is an IHOP so set your expectations accordingly -- I go to IHOP for big breakfasts and crepes/pancakes, not fine dining, and this fit the need perfectly. Note that breakfasts at IHOP are in no way cheap (like $12-15 each for most popular breakfast combos), but our overall service/food experience was very good so I give it a 4-star IHOP rating!

Went there a few breakfasts and a few lunches, they've never disappointed me in service nor quality. The servers are some of the kindest and most courteous I've ever had in my life and the food's quality was just super nice.I didn't know the names of the ladies who work there, but I would love that they'd know that they made my day every time I went there.

Read good reviews and decided to give it a try. We loved it! Genuine old fashioned diner, very friendly staff. It was busy sonwe sat at the counter (my daughter loved the spinning chair!). Cinnamon bread french toast was amazing. I had a the waffle, and you could tell they use quality ingredients. Reasonable prices, great food, service and atmosphere.

We visited for dinner August 2019, mainly to take a break from eating at Downtown Disney. We were terribly disappointed. Although we were seated quickly, our server never cracked a smile, couldn't answer my question about why a particular menu item had a vast calorie "range" (i.e., why does one item have a calorie count 800-1700? - simple answer - depends on the sides and toppings), and never said a word when we paid our bill.The food was subpar and disappointing. The restaurant was almost deserted, which made me wonder if we weren't the only ones not happy with it.Normally I love Denny's, especially their breakfast, but this was a really bad experience.

Family of 5 went there around noon today. The restaurant was not busy. We were seated promptly but it it took nearly 10 minutes for our server to come over. We ordered our drinks (2 coffees, 2 waters and a shake.). That took about another 5 minutes. Food service was also very slow. Food was good and hot but I had to stop out server to get a refill on coffee even though the server had just refilled the table next to us (twice). Very disappointed..

It's Denny's and has always been consistent regardless of where I am. The staff were helpful and they were flexible in addressing requests for substitutions. A really good option close to the Disney parks as well.
