We've been going to Shanghai Express since it opened, at least 20 years ago. They have the best take-out Chinese anywhere, and the portions are HUGE. You can order from the steam table - we usually get the three item, and it serves two people (or you can enjoy great left-overs). Love their sweet and sour! Both chicken and pork. They also have a regular menu to order from, and you can call it in in advance. Excellent and inexpensive!

This small family style restaurant is wonderful. Food is fresh, lots of veggies, fresh seafood. They serve dim sum around the clock, but everything is great. staff so friendly, they will create something for you if needed. I love this place, only wish it wasn't 40minutes away!!!

Didnât know what to expect from Chin Hua. Our hotel recommended it and said it was their favorite Chinese restaurant in town. What you get is delicious inexpensive food. They have a menu, but we werenât even told about it; just introduced to the buffet, which seemed interesting. The buffet was a beautiful array of raw meats, uncooked verges, noodles and a variety of sauces. We hand it over a cook, and in literally a minute, itâs thoroughly cooked up and placed in a different bowl. So fun, so good! They feed a lot of people in a hurry. Itâs not fancy and is hugely understated, but there is no denying that you walk out satisfied and talking about how much fun it was to take a role in your food choices and prep

We tried China Stix for lunch one day, and it was just okayThe food is bland, generic Chinese food. You literally can't tell one dish from another. My wife and I tried each other's dishes with our eyes closed, and couldn't tell which was which. We ordered extra spicy, and even though mine(and not hers) came heaped with peppers, our food was still very bland. Our waitress was nice enough, but very slow and she didn't bring some of the stuff we asked for(chopsticks, hot mustard and such). She dropped the check with the food and never came back. It wasn't terrible, but there's no reason to go back.
China House is a Vacaville long time restaurant. The interior design has not changed in probably 30 years and I like that. Service is great, food is fresh and tasty. This is the only place we go for Chinese food in town. Take out is a great value. We get several meals out of one take out meal with 3 entrees.

We went here on the recommendation of several people. The service as very friendly but the food was so bland we will not be returning. No one in our family liked anything we chose ...and we chose our traditional favorites. Very disappointing.

Yen King is absolutely my favorite restaurant ever! I have been going here for as long as I can remember, and it never ceases to amaze and delight me. The Lu family knows their way around the kitchen. My favorite dish is their Szechwan prawns, and their sesame beef is essentially crispy gooey candied meat....and it will change your life for the better. I can't think of a single time that I have ever turned down the opportunity to eat here. Even during my poor college years, I would dig through couch cushions to find enough money to get a lunch plate. They are closed on Monday's, so be prepared to be sad if you get a craving at the start of the work week. I can't say I've ever eaten anything here that wasn't top quality and tasty as hell.
