Sushi Tao

We were here for lunch. It was not crowded. They had three sushi chefs. It STILL took a long time to get our food, and we were all served at different times. So, those that got their food first had to wait a long time before everyone was served. The sushi pieces were quite small, not even what we expect as normal size. (Normal to us is what you see in local supermarkets.) The sauces that they use were pretty bland. Thank goodness they had wasabi. Frankly, we've had better sushi at Safeway. (Sorry. Its true.) This place is overpriced for the food and service you receive. I do not recommend it.

We enjoyed the food here and the atmosphere. Very friendly. I had the pad thai and it was great. Some of our family had bubble tea and really enjoyed it. And the smoothies were very good. Soup was excellent. Will absolutely eat there again on our next trip.

Japhy's

I been eating there since they opened years ago. They have many noodle dishes that I am not really into as I am sort of low carb oriented. They have a good selection of soups that they make fresh every day. Their Thai Chicken Curry is a great standby. They make different versions of it on different days. They have other great soups that they make. I ovaries with the day. I also like their salads. You get one dollar off the small salad if you order a soup. In this season they have a special Mediterranean salad that is a whole meal. They use organic ingredients when possible. The name Japhy is the name of the owners dog. They are open for lunch and dinner and closed on weekends.

Oriental Buffet

Every time I go I think the food is delicious. There are many options and just about everything. Sushi, rice, noodles, every kind of meat and seafood. And it’s all you can eat. Overall the food is good. The service is not the best. It can be hit or miss but it’s usually a miss. The waitresses seem they are always in a rush and not the nicest. They don’t check on you except to give you your drinks and bring you the check. I would recommend this place for a full stomach of yummy food. But prepare for the service.

The Sushi Spot

I had dinner here last night with friends. I ordered sauteed veggies with chicken in a delicious garlic sauce.and rice. It was positively delicious!! Service was good. The place was hopping due to great food and reasonable prices. There were 5 of us, and it was a 15 minute wait. However, the staff is happy to take your phone number so you can walk around outside until your table is ready.

Tomos Japanese Resturant

Came back to Tomos after our first visit years ago, and just as satisfying as the first time. Busy lively place, packed with locals and tourists, and the lovely smells of lots of interesting dishes being whisked around to various tables. Interesting specials, both drinks and food. We had the rainbow poke and the grilled salmon teriyaki dinner - both scrumptious!

Bencharong Thai House

Reviewed By Mary V

I had occasion to eat here again - my friend and I decided we were in the mood for Thai so went to Bencharong without reservations. They seated us immediately as we noticed the place was filling up. I am dieting and had specific items I wanted to eat and not eat. The owner, who waited on us, came up with a perfect customized dish for me. It was delicious and everything I wanted. I'm so grateful to have this family-owned restaurant close by with its delicious choices.
