We come here about once a month and it never disappoints. As native New Yorkers, weâre not looking for NY style pizza because youâre never going to find it out west. But this is a great place for non-traditional eats. Ingredients are fresh and the staff is really friendly.

Having grown up in New York where good Italian food is abundant, I was delighted to discover Chefs of New York when they opened their downtown Modesto café several years ago. Their red sauce is delicious. Their home-made Chicken Tortellini soup is hearty and flavorful - perfect comfort food, especially if one is under the weather. Salad and pasta dishes are large and tasty. Service is always friendly and efficient. Great venue for pre-theater or after work dining.

I am constantly ordering a 2 pizza + another entree {spaghetti,chicken, breadsticks} special, it cost about $21 + tax and sometimes less on special. It takes me 3 days to eat it all. Where else can you get decent food for $7 a day. I ate there tonight.My only complaint is there is no menu on the wall, and you have to question them to find out what they are making.

If you desperately want pizza, and need it right this minute, this is the place. to go. I remember when it was $3.99, then $4.99, and $5.99. I don't know how much it cost now, but it is still the cheapest in town. Personally, i would prefer my pizza cooked in a brick oven and I have the patience to wait for it. Before I sound too critical, I have eaten there about 50 times.

This is very good pizza with lots of good toppings available. Reasonably priced--especially if you locate and use their discount coupons. The delivery takes a while, but it speeds things up if you call in your order and pick it up yourself. We've been ordering pizza from them for years and plan to keep doing so.

Home made, freshly baked pizza. Very traditional delicious taste just how a pizza should be. Biting on the crust in itself will prove to you that this place is not your typical pizza place.The staff is friendly. Parking may be challenging in peak hours since this is in the middle of the city of Riverbank with mostly shops around.
