Authentic Japanese food and sushi in the Glendora Village. Great consistent quality with food. Service is good, but not fine dining. However, I prefer to visit here often with flip flops and a T shirt, so not expecting fine dining. Japanese owner is very friendly. Kirin and Soporro on tap!

The owners Tom and Fumi are wonderful hosts, with the best sushi and other Japanese treats in the area. The restaurant is meticulously clean, and beautiful. I've eaten here for 25 years, and I've NEVER had a bad meal, or experience.

2. B-Man's Teriyaki & Burgers - Azusa

My last visit at B-Man's was in late July 2017. They had great teriyaki chicken and the owner's father was credited with creating the teriyaki bowl. On August 11, 2017, this location was closed. B-man's has other locations in Duarte and Pasadena. I will have to travel to their other locations for great teriyaki chicken.

ive had my fair share of ramen at different restaurants in the greater LA area and have also eaten same in tokyo..in my humble opinion, their ramen come closest to what i had in tokyo (shinjuku)...they have curry bowls too...you could ask for extra free garlic on the side for your ramen...great
